No, the background of TIF is odd colored as well. Most pictures are blurry/distorted. I also have no idea what the part of your post I bolded means. I did autoset up for the settings on the monitor...

I was using Ahrim top and bottom, infinity boots, zam book, polypore staff, fury, god cape, then a mitre for a bit of prayer boost as well. The mitre also adds a small mage boost as well.

I was here when they came into the game, so I've had quite a few. Never a pink/purple though, oddly enough. I ended up keeping only a red, that I sold, then bought a yellow back, then traded the yellow for a red again. Which I had until I got hacked in rsc. I used to wear it all the time. My friends told me it was weird seeing me without it on. I just liked it, wasn't showing off then. Haven't had a party hat since rsc. I just sell any rares I get now, and buy something more useful.

I did not update the graphics driver. I don't know how to do that :mellow: I've looked all over the screen, I don't see any brand...Weird.

They should put some sort of gambling system in where you can gamble without just giving the host a stack of money and hoping they actually pay you if you win. People are going to keep finding ways to gamble. Make a gambling npc of some sort, so players aren't getting a huge advantage from it. I dunno... It' hard to combat this. Aside from just throwing all random outcome things out of the game. But then, maybe they will start gambling based on hits... Give host money, guess the hit, attack guard or something.... =\ Good beating this Jagex.. :ohnoes:

30k agility xp and new pets... any info on the pets yet? What are they? do we have to feed them? do they grow?

I have not done very many Barrow runs previous to this event. I had an Ahrim hood, and that was it. This time around I got Torag helm and plate on my first two runs. Then after a frustrating amount of runes and bolt racks I got Karil's skirt. Which I decided to keep. So not too bad I guess... But mostly, this event gave me a false sense of hope in being able to get a drop (or even a double drop!). I'm sad now :(

I don't see a name on the monitor anywhere. It does say 32bits in the color settings. Edit: The graphics properties menu says Intel on it, if that helps...

It did work at my brothers computer... One of our friends built his computer, so it may have had a nice graphics card in it. My computer is just a pretty basic one premade from Best Buy... An adapter? I don't think so... Drivers for a monitor? :o Is there some place I can get those online?

My computer monitor died last night (it was 10 years old :blink: ) My brother said I could use his, since his desktop died awhile ago and he uses his laptop now. I plugged it in and started my computer, and eventually got on Runescape. Something is off though. The background in a bank almost has a camoflauge pattern, the background behind Barrows in Runescape is flashing green and black (kinds like a thunderstorm, almost cool) and pictures load really weird. I have hit the auto-adjust a few times, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've tried messing with the settings for the monitor, and the resolution for my desktop. The resolution seems to fit well, but the color..or something..is still off. Pictures also load weird and are unclear.. I have also done the auto set up on the Runescape settings, but that seemed to make it worse so I went back to previous settings. Any suggestion on what setting I should be changing here?

Do other void helms act differently? I always hear people saying to range in void, always... Thanks for the info.

I am maxed melee, and want to finish as much of the rest of my slayer using range and mage. Right now I use Dagon Hai top and legs, slayer helm, polypore staff, zam book, swanky boots ( :thumbsup: ), zamorak cape, 'barrows' gloves, and a fury. Should I get the Mage helm for void and slay in that? Or keep saving and get Ahrims after I get my bandos tassets back? [spoiler=Eh]I was recently hacked, hence the swanky boots. I will have infinity again soon. I had Ahrims before and it seemed to be working well, does void mage outweigh the 15% from my slayer helm?

Leave it. Attack, Strength, Defense, Magic, Prayer, Ranged and Summoning all make you more dangerous in combat in any situation where you are using combat. Not just against slayer monsters. Against any monsters, players, beasties within damenheim, ect... 138 is just fine.

I hop if someone was there first, unless there is room for them to share. Like Falador mine can have 2 people mining iron easily. If I go to a world and it is full of people doing what I want to be doing, I find a new world. I don't deserve to have the lower leveled people move for me because I have clicked iron rocks more than them. I wish others would do the same, but it seems to happen less and less.

Get my tassets back from being hacked. Which I can do partly from farming, which i would like to raise some. No set level, just want it higher. At 72 atm Slayer will also help, which I would like to get to 99 this year. 72k from 96 atm. Also want to work on hunter an dungeoneering some this year.
