errr...Create a builing in lvl 123 wildy (yes I would create an isalnd that would be located in deeeeeeeeeep wildy) then tele all noobs and non noobs, the whole population of RS there. Then wait till they kill each other and give the winner 10 sets of each rare there is in the game from Green h'ween mask to half wines and Christmas Crackers. Oh and I would also run the game as it is perhaps recruit a few more Pmods and just live a rich life. Creating uselles updates in while and messing up the economy from time to time.

Every time I sell something there whether its rune items or rares I always see people autotyping. I get pissed and report them. Imagine all other people getting angry with them for getting an advantage ofcourse they will report them too. So there you go you Reporting Trip already going on but with unsuspecting particapants. I bet at least 10-20 people in world 1 will report an macroer if they see him because they dont like him stealing a sale off them because he uses macro.

I don't think Jagex can make an NPC torture a player...but that would be an excellent idea. Heck, just torture 'em all. They have few uses, except as stress-relievers and firewood... This is where it will have to end for now. I don't guess that there's anything more I can do, except wait. Although, I might look into that thing that's on his desk next. Heh maybe they can make it next random event =) If you wont crack under torturing for 5 min you get a reward. IF you crack then you get teled to lvl 55 wildy

Indeed. Personaly I think Jagex is too lazy to actualy do something like this. I mean locate his house etc at the locations that seem to be making some sort of pattern.

Just to answer the first question clearer: People are just lazy to stand selling them all day because no one buys oaks or small ammounts of willows. So people just sell them to general store same as hard leather bodies.

Like you said its much harder to train because when you reach lvl 90+ all monsters that left are noob monsters. Even Greaters arent so strong.And thats kinda suck. :?
