    I don't really like it, But it does go with what you wanted. A smooth abstract. I think it'd look better with more contrast and color.

    Instead of black and white, change the hue to more like the skull. A sort of light greening feel.

    The left and right clash too much, not in a good way. Text isn't so good. The right effect would be good alone. Both the effects are nicely done, but they don't look good together.

    Actually i just realized that this is my last weekend of summer vacation. And I'm not sure if i'll turn up something for this. I might do something fast though.

    Tree has a good start, but doesn't really looks shaded or has any texture. Dock's perspective is different then to the hill. Shadows are off also.
