Thats all you need for pixeling. More people don't have photoshop. So you do have a good program. Shading would help.

Nice concept. Needs some more shading to make tihings looks correct. Skirt is an example. And the bags look like pineapples. Not really bags. The beard looks kinda cool :D

eww binders, I stopped using binders last year. They're too heavy. Anyway. I like how you encoprated the pictures and the song lyrics.

Could use more contrast on the armour. As it's a metal type object. Its nice comprared to other people's tries.

time really doesn't matter, you have to learn basic skills before you pixl. Going on for 5 hours not knowing how to shade etc.. gets people nowhere.

Maybe imagining what you would see in real life as a example. If you saw a decapitated head on the floor that would be strange.

whys there pink stuff coming out of his neck. The sig overall is plain. I think you spelleds oops wrong.

The skeleton looks cool. But the blast could be done better. The guys armor is done weird.
