Indeed....though people often confuse internal spending withe exteral spending....If you spend money inside your own country you will eventually get it back....

Dusty, it was 18 tonnes, and I never said it was a large amount for Russia...I said that Russia had 588 Tonnes left. It has, in 2009, 606.7 Ico just took it to be a large amount. In other news North Korea joins the TFTA and is buying Uranium though Switzerland, which is buying it from Russia. (Since nuclear weapons are disallowed NK doesn't really pose a nuclear threat...no matter how much Uranium they have) Just a general point, a decent fighter tends to cost 244 Million to build...So the offers are somewhat light. :rolleyes:
