Microb Bob undergos mitosis so that one of it can be go with half the microbs(the ones that get eaten) and the other half that don't get eaten will also have a leader. If that doesn't work then it orders the microbs to hang onto the side of the beast and glow as much as possible, hopefully attracting another, larger beast to eat this beast.
