  1. Yeah they're clouds lol, and those aren't suns just bright stars. And I used photoshop of course.
  2. Thanks King, yeah I'm gonna work on another soon.
  3. Well I did more work and I got this as a finished product now.
  4. Terley, awesome job. I rate it a 9/10, and a 7/10 for animated cause the quality drops majorly on that one.
  5. Thanks Jab and thanks Nad for your help. Now is it the advanced planet creation tutorial you're talking about? Under planet lighting? If so I'll try it after I get home from work today.
  6. I got a texture off a site and maniped the hell out of it.
  7. It's my first attempt and I think it went well for a first try at that. With a little guidance from Nadril on my texture.
  8. Yeah and good luck getting a "good" pixel sig for 200k.
  9. Keiphus - "Apart from the animation studio I work at, I'm also now the graphic designer at a photography studio.... We have like this (I'm not exactly sure on the specs) quad processor 3.something gig 2GB of ram, 200GB harddrive, etc etc... and when we do 16x20x300dpi stuff for clients... even that machine gets bogged down..... It's a 10 thousand dollar computer and it can get slow when you start adding layers. I recommend alot of saving and alot of layer merging... Then again, I also feel that the 10grand computer is not properly optimized, but who knows..." You're probably right keiph, and that's sad to say at the very least. I got a 3ghz processor only 512 mb of ram and when working with a 4000 x 4000 piece, i can still have open aim, msn, winamp, and a web browser, and i don't have a problem. Then again my computer is totally custom.
  10. Anatomy on the chest and abs, well his anatomy is off by a lot. your pecs are not shaped that way. I say use google and find a reference of someone with great anatomy.
  11. Transgression of anger their buddy, bit over the line with telling me to kill myself and all. And you did insult him, you said "I don't post "First attempts" if they look like somebody sneezed on the screen. To me that's an insult, and no one likes me lol. I've made quite a few friends off of tip.it. Not to mention the most important Neo_bahumat who's soon to be my roommate. And we smell? Do you have a wagon sniffer tracker or something? That was an inane and futile attempt and making a derogatory statement. A lot of pieces of art here are beatific and they got that way through CC. I had absolutely no clue what to do when it came to making sigs backin august, but I came a long way because of the criticism and the help others gave me. And I only picked on you because of the "advice" you gave, when you don't even choose to improve yourself.
  12. And all your abstarcts are what? They still look like first attempts to me.
  13. And all I can do is laugh at you myweponsg00d.
  14. Looks like a bunch of random brushing. Which isn't good.
  15. No just use a pencil erase tool to clean up the lines.
  16. Size it first to sig spec's then make a new layer ontop of the drawing and just use a 1 px pencil tool and go over it.
  17. Neither, because I don't like Southpark.
  18. Peter pretty much summed it up, lol got to it before I could.
  19. Cal send the pieces to someone without your guys' name but only the quote on their. Let this person post them such as Piece 1, Piece 2, Piece 3. So thus even if some of us do recognize a style it won't be totally knowledgable of who created it thus, elimanting some bias from the voting.
  20. Yes I don't take it personal but as a 3rd attempt I think it's quite decent. Thanks to everyone, but keep the comments coming.
  21. On my laptop this looks orange and others say it looks red, anyways, what you think? Another version..
  22. I was suspicious but yes Nadril did find out that you ripped rather easily just by a simple looking of his desktop.
  23. Plain and simple, drop rap and pick up rock, you can always make something unique out of writing your own chord progressions and what not. Also do you ever hear the chord progression for a song such as "Dream Healer" by Sonata Arctica ripped and used for someone elses lyrics? No. So do the right thing and drop rap.
  24. Last night he showed me this and I was in awe I was like after all this he did this well and at the same time I was suspicious and I asked for him to help me out. He told me that he would tomorrow making me grow more suspicious. So it turns out my paranoia and being suspicious paid off.
  25. lol Nad, I found that hilarious, I thought it was a tut and he recreated it which is still ripping by not giving credit to the tut, but then i just looked at one single portion and knew it was ripped. So in short we just banged you like a Drum. lol.
