  1. Thanks, I tried white but the white didn't look good in the bg.
  2. From the reference of a poster I have in my room.
  3. For once I made myself a new sig so here it is. It's very simple but thats the way I figured would be best. So tell me what you think.
  4. I don't think he is and I have to agree with him but thats only if you're going for realism. As a firearm using and supporter of ownership, the hole should be rounded I don't care if it shoots wooden blocks, lazers, feces or what have you. And yes the trigger guard and trigger itself is far to small. I'm imagining it at a life size scale and i'm seeing my 4 year old niece holding a large firearm with barely enough room for her tiny fingers. Also the little guard beind the slide needs to be smaller because when you go to load it, your bullet wouldn't load and it would get jammed thus if an attempt to fire wouldn't and may cause damage to the holder. And yes round the edges on the handle of that big boy, it'd be might painful to grip a square handle and try to keep hold. As for that if you aren't going for realism keep the hole square but take the other points into consideration.
  5. You should edit it a little bit and put a guitar in the hand.
  6. Hey how much for one of them bad boys?
  7. What I was gonna say but Keiphus made it make more sense, lol I would have babbled like a moron.
  8. Scarlet elv made it, but I believe she uses MSPaint not to sure though.
  9. Axe ever think if pictures lol, he could have sent a picture. Anyways I like the piece it's very well done I just think it's better sized for a avatar more the anything.
  10. I didn't make the sig, Demented hero did, all I requested was a fountain. Now, if you choose to think that Ashley (my girlfriend) is not a real person, that I attend high school with, and have a public speaking class together with then do so, but I'm not the one falling for someone for the internet.
  11. So says the kid who seems to have a sig with 2 characters kissing in what looks similar to RS. Your title fits yourself excellently sir. Gooday. Did you stop to think that it's my actual girlfriend buddy? Good day to you.
  12. Well what I have to say is, I think from what I can see the render is pretty good. But that's where in the problem lies, you over brushed m8. You did to much brushing and over took the render leaving it hard to find.
  13. An internet boyfriend? Sounds a bit lame to me, I believe you can like someone that you've met over the internet and what not but why have an internet boyfriend, it's like a 99% chance that nothing will become of it. Anyways, the sig it's cool. Just it seems more apporpriate if it were downsized for an avatar. As a sig a lot is left desired.
  14. lol Zim, you're so funny. GET ON AIM! lol.
  15. *smacks J_Rod* lol  xBlkDthx: Carlos is very right about your signature. It should be blending into the background.. or better, not be there. I like the abstract as a whole, but IMO the picture ruins it. And i'm sorry you don't like my work, but i'm mostly guessing your finding a way to divert attention from your sig... Diverting the "audiences" attention away from the issue at hand is called a Red Herring fallacy. Anyways yes the abstract as a hole is good but the picture is disgusting and distasteful.
  16. this part of the tutorial i like.. sorry im just under the slight impression that you are majoritally (sp) explaining your style... ive already seen people copy stuff directly from the tutorial.. things that should be influenced by the peoples own style.. (this is those peoples fault not yours) i say as a request not for me tho but for the moste here.. are the basics.. your missing some basics essential to pixeling. people have to know HOW to pixel, how to make a drawing how a platebody looks like isnt the moste important thing.. basic shapes and drawing is. talking about platebody the one in the tut has disproportionate arms  (sorry if you see me as offense here just trying to c/c on your tutorial. I believe you have sheer jealousy, explaination of a style is better then telling everyone how to do it. See she explained her style you say? Then that is much different then telling everyone how to do her style. no im nopt jealous.. if i was jealous i would've said different stuff.. and i hardly ever get jealous. yes it is different from telling how to do it, but still people are copying.. seen it on other forums.. the faces are copyd the plates are copyd the style of legs.. i cant see how this could pleas scarlet, thats why i told her this. im not trying to flame anybody, nor am i jealous? why for * sake would i be jealous? Your guide is less popular, I don't think you'd be saying this if people were copying your style. Also as I told you before people are looking at a cartoony pixel sig now.
  17. I went for something unique not something conformist. Hey, i love the work... its awsome i just dont like the fire hand thing... other then that... flawless I never said that you didn't like it I said i went for a uniquity on a fire blast not conformity of a ball coming off the hand.
  18. Oh crap I know I forgot to fix that lol.
  19. I went for something unique not something conformist.
  20. Mind telling me what's messed up instead of leaving a half wagon comment.
  21. Thats the way I intended it as he would be taller when he stood up but otherwise he's not that much bigger. He's skinnier then the guy in the armour and all that he would be is taller.
  22. Here's the finished version, Elvy got busy so I took it into my own hands and learned how to shade in general.

Why don't you get off your wagon and look for some on your own? Google is a great place to look.
  25. o its no problem... but thx for bein an * :) Well you posted for constructive criticism and i"ll give it to you. You need to desperately working on the anatomy. I suggest picking up a few books or using the internet to look for it. What I like to do is draw a rough out line of the characters, and then add detail such as muscles and what not, then smooth it out. As for shading, well I couldn't see any in yours, you need to work on that. I suggest using Elvy's or Quer_skull's guide. Next for the bg, it's empty, it's boring, it's poorly done. You want the characters to be your focal point but you want the bg not to be empty. Optimization of space is key for pixeling. Such look at TJ's sigs, the character is the focal point but his bg's are shockingly simple yet complex. He does a very good job. Now what you'll need to do is also not use the line tool, it's not good unless you really need it.
