Funny thing is, nearly all people mentioned here are only good at pking at one place, or with one type of combat. The day i see someone pking in many places, e.g. not just edge, everywhere like mage bank, dragons etc... and pking with different types of combat, not just meele all the time or the odd magic spell then melee is the day i say i see a good rs2 pker... There are no greats to be fair, rs2 pking takes little skill, just stats and a ton of luck. -
:shock: funny read, but not very surprising to be honest, however in a room full of other students, they crazy or something? =;

Well in england... As long as the knife is smaller then the palm of your hand your allowed to carry it with you, anything bigger = jail/warning, you cant get a license unlike a gun, but its hard to get one for a gun... what happened last night that could of made it usful? :roll:

For back i do an exercise which is kinda like a sit up but for the back with a weight, wasnt sure what it was called so didnt mention it. I didnt say i have mass muscle if anything im average for my age, i don't want to be massive hense why im just 'toning,' yes thats one hand for 12,5kg >.> I know the machine isnt actually 85lbs due to how gravity works (or something like that) thats what the weight says though, so thats what i posted, my legs are already strong enough in my opion as ive played football, skateboarded and biked most of my life so i have very strong legs, can lift about 180lbs on the machine (once again i know this isnt actually 180lbs) and its the machine for chest press, yet i can chest press 15kg dumb bells which is just under 85lbs... thanks for your concern >.>

I woke up sunday at 8am did a normal day including 1 hour and half at gym, stayed up till 2am had a shower and walked to school for my school trip to Prague, stayed awake on coach/plane arrived at 11am monday morning, did a day of drinking at pub/clubs etc didnt get sleep till 1 in morning and i never got his symtoms and thats very little sleep lol Its just low blood pressure, which means eat more suggary stuff when it happens, if not stop drinking that energy drink as your stomach may not to be use to it :

If you want to loose weight yet don't want to build too much muscle then i suggest: 10 minutes running - you want to be sweating by the end A LOT Low weight high reps - ie a weight that you can do 20 reps of - i recommend bi-cep curling this will define/tone not build muscle Machines - i'd recomned chest press, pec-fly and shoulder press, once again if you dont want to build muscle low weight high reps. My workout at the moment (im building muscle but still saying toned - currently weigh 10 and half stone yet am slim build at age of 17, standing 6ft tall): 10 Minutes running - 9MPH for 10 minutes - started at 7MPH but keep upping as i find it easier Bicep curl - 12.5KG set of 10 Pec-Fly - 85lbs - set of 10 Chest press - 80lbs - set of 10 Shoulder press - 40lbs - set of 10 50-100 sit ups - depending on if abs hurt from running or not Then if dont feel ive done enough on arms i will do 2-3 sets of pull ups as they do my top two abs aswell as arms. And last thing, best thing to do is go gym every other day, to rest muscles i tried to go everyday and if your going a GOOD routine you wont be able to as your muscles will want a rest.

Havent read all the replies so not sure if been posted before but it wasn't just the energy drink, its were you havent actually got enough energy in you, if you've only drunk a energy drink all day your vision will go blurry, happened to me few times... Eat something like chocolate when it goes blurry and will probly be better... My idea :roll: *EDIT* back up above where someone said low blood pressure = lack of sugar... Eat something with alot of sugar like chocolate or crisps and it goes within 15-20 minutes, ive had it twice in past year where had low bloody levels so had to eat from sugar. :mrgreen:

"That's life"=P Heh thanks, wont be much progress for today had parents report night and might be getting this teacher fired as he was out of order to me :roll: Yeah the three girls is really confusing, just like three girls i barly know fancy me so don't think i'll be going out with any soon as dont know there personalitys but when i do :thumbsup: thanks for post dude :P
