  1. I really don't see what the big deal is. True I believe in ID but, they are not trying to through evolution out of the picture by presenting it, only offering a different opinion. I personally wouldn't like it if evolution wasn't taught... even though I don't particularly agree with it. Its kind of how government class is suppost to be. A view point from one political party is presented, and another, opposing view point is presented. The teacher isn't saying this is wrong and this is right, but only presenting both sides. ID is not rewrapped Chrisianity, all it states it that the universe and life forms in it are so complex, that it is only rational to conclude that a higher being created it. Higher being does not necessarily translate into a Christian god. If your interested, heres some articles from a creationist/id perspective on evolutionary ones in modern day science *note: while i have read most of them, i have not read all of them so i can't exactly answer for all of them :? : http://www.icr.org/index.php?module=art ... =type&ID=8
  2. I've ref'd soccer leagues in my area, monitored local streams for possible chemical contamination, and done some stuff for my church. The only really "big" thing i've done is i've travelled to mexico 3 times to build homes for the poor. I like volunteering.. but it really depends on what the volunteering is.
  3. so? and i am NOT waisting my time coz i just wanted to see the result.... You do realise that you had the "museum" stabbing the "bank" right? :?
  4. yeah, those crazy people that live on the bottom of the world have christmas in the middle of summer :D . seriously, it is the middle of summer. personally, i'm glad to have christmas in the winter. Otherwise, it just doesnt feel like christmas. And think about it, if christmas was in the summer, winter would be totally depressing, with school, grey skies, and no fun. I once had christmas down south in Florida. It was kinda nice for the fisrt time, but it really didnt feel like christmas. The whole idea of sitting in front of a warm fire, singing carols in the cold, watching the first snowflakes is what makes christmas christmas for me. When you've spent every christmas in california like i have.. you don't know much better  . Heh i've never experianced a "white" christmas.
  5. They "could" have done a 100 different things. But the whole point is that what they did was well within their authority. Exactly. That entire point has been said repeated times but the defenders of her case seem lack the ability to comprehend it. You can't sue someone because you wish they handled it differently if what they did was legal. What I also don't understand is that the ACLU fights for the rights of sex education at ANY level and in ANY way in schools. So kids have the right to tell their parents their sexual orientation on their own terms, but parents don't have the right to teach their kids about sex on THEIR own terms? The ACLU strikes again - protecting only the freedoms they see fit. Meh in my opinion, the aclu has never really done any good to protect anyone's rights (i may be wrong.. its just a general opinion) ACLU=
  6. I've met some pretty cool/nice people. Thats good enough for me.
  7. I don't care much about what my future house looks like as long as it is adequately able to provide for my kids. As for my dream job.. well I "hope" to became a senetor one day.

  11. I swear... he started talk about sex, not me..
  12. ooo I took it today to.. only the sat 2 subject tests. I took the Sat 1's a few months ago and got a 1800.. I was a bit disappointed in my score, but then again its already better than 80-90% of the population... a 2100 though, dang that would be pretty good.
  13. The last time I was in a car crash was when I was 7.. I don't remember too much about it, just that I ended up barfing after the incident. Meh, my dad own's an autobody repair shop and trust me, he's heard some horrendous stories :( .
  14. Nah, it's more like you brought it up because you're the one who asked. No, I just didn't show what he said before I asked him what it was. Me asking that question wasn't what originally brought it up :? .
  15. Im a senior and everyone of my friends (myself included) are all still virgins.. the most we've ever done is kiss the opposite sex. I know that I personally am saving myself for marriage  . I also know that at my school, kissing and even long affectionate hugs are not allowed.. regardless of oriantation. So even at my school provided she was kissing a guy, she would still be disaplined and her actions would have been explained to her parents. Idk, I think the writer of the article is a bit biased when he said that the school told her parents about her sexual orientation as a "punishment". Surely, whenever you kid does something wrong at school and gets punished for it, the school has to explain why. It wasn't a matter of them telling her parents about it out of punishment, but rather, what she is being punished for. I personally don't side with the girl. Sure, the girl should have been the one to disclose her orientation to her parents rather than her school. But the girl brought it upon herself by breaking school rules.
  16. Somehow skeet brought up sex.. then this happened
  17. Love: a hard week is about to be over Hate: Sat 2's tomorrow.
  18. My first few posts were nothing but idiodic questions like "can f2p buy an iban staff"... meh I joined tip it only 2 months after I first started playing and I would post questions my friends had. Remarkably, I was never really flamed or told to use the search button... unfortunatelly :?

  20. it reminds me of bevis and butthead.. or maybe a show like 12 ounce mouse on adult swim
  21. no, the news media he gave links to are nothing but liars trying to conquer the world with their grand pyramid scheme selling make up and other fun accessory's.
  22. *flames* you ignorant ape  must.. press.. button... Sell it on ebay.. its rare and theres probably a collecter out there. I'm pregnant!?! Cuz I can NOT afford to get prgnant right now. Am I the father? :P just kidding  The doctor's have no clue who the father is.. apparently, putter isn't too faithful :? . *oh and so this isn't spam..* I'll post another dream of mine. When I was little I would occationally get this reoccuring dream. In the dream, I was being homeschooled by my mom with a few other students. When recess time came and I was about to leave, my mom wouldn't let me get out of my seat. Her hair flaired up and her eyes became red... she became almost demon like in the dream. When I tried to get out of my seat, my mom would take her huge nails on her hands and stab them into my hands onto my desk so I couldn't get away. thats when the crying starts..
