if your ABSOLUTELY sure you saw the rune plate on the trade screen, then report it to jagex ASAP. your lucky it only happened with a rune long, but if it's a bug that that guy abused, then it's a matter of time before people start using this to scam party hats, dragon chains, and stuff like that. total chaos in runescape, as you can imagine...

but Jagex is an english company and could let the American COPPA law lick there backside if they wanted to..... but yes, that thing is simply there to stop annoying people sueing jagex.

Lol... but why would you use sharks if you only need lobs? (even lobs are wasted, lol, you can't be healed more than the 10hp you have). Also, could you be lvl 3 when you get in there? Will killing the dragon get you a combat lvl? (or rings of recoil could fix that). And can you "get into the guild" before you get the exp? (that would also make you not a lvl 3 in there...) you dont even need to start dragon slayer to get into the champions guild.... the starting point of dragon slayer is INSIDE the champions guild.

sorry, but if you really think that's not much, (even in comparison) then you need to unplug your computer right now, and not touch it for atleast a week. if you experience any hand shaking, or hallucinations, pick up your computer, and throw it out the window. (DO make sure nobody is walking by... you'd get your pants sue'd off if it lands on somebody's head)

not really. only Americans write it like that. last time i checked less than half the world's population lives in America (around 500 million people i think??) most people actually write it like 12/2/2006. if your going to correct someone, atleast correct him/her correctly. train your runecraft to 44, and then earn that 500k back again in less than 1 and a half hours with the abyss. 8)

that would make sense why they didn't announce it..... i REALLY doubt they can detect you blocking ads without putting very illegal stuff on your pc. Come to think of it, Jagex is the first company ive seen "publicly" stating not to block adverts in their site... Ive also seen waaaay bigger internet based companies who rely on adverts for revenue, and they dont care about ad blocking... It boggles my mind... :wall: There are two ways adverts are being paid for, either you get paid per person that clicks the ad, or you simply get paid for the fact company X has there ad on your website. With jagex, i think it is the latter, that's why they didn't announce it. Jagex will probably have made a deal with the company's that host these ads, to add a rule forbidding the blocking of these ads, in exchange for more money. it's the only reason i can think of that jagex didn't announce it with a huge article on there front page. Right now, i think about 5% or less of the runescape population will know about this rule, and even less will abide by it. Jagex has just put that rule there to make both the ad hosting company's happy, and there own wallet. They will not enforce this rule, i think, because of two reasons: 1) they can't 2) they don't give a flying if you block there ads or not, they'll get paid anyway.

Are you kidding me? Did you even look at the pictures? don't worry. he's just never satisfied. he wanted that spec to instant-kill everyone in sight and use 10 % to be a LITTLE satisfied.

the degrading is done because JAGeX didnt want those pouches to be used with normal runecrafting (or at least wanted it to have a serious downside), only abyss crafting. if these spells were made available it would be a lot easier to use them with normal crafting, and essence mining

first wish: teleporting to the abyss would not skull you anymore. this would stop nasty abyss pkers from getting glory ammys from runecrafters, thus would stop them PKing there second wish: i'd wish for a fool-proof instant ban autoer detection system. third wish: i'd make it possible to throw rotten tomatoes at anyone who says "free stuff plz" or something like it.

i have never played counterstrike (if i'd try that on my PC we'd have the tsjernobyl disaster all over again, but this time in the Netherlands) so i don't really know what you mean (and your "l33t" spelling hasn't really helped much) but your basically saying that, people with not much computer knowlegde would be playing LagScape, and constantly die to random events etc. sounds like you just want "fr33 st00fs". that's mean dude, that's really mean......
