If you ask me this one is enjoyable more thanks to Rodriguez than Tarantino, although Tarantino naturally had his hand in it. But Rodriguez has the ability to make stuff like this very entertaining. Whenever I watch one of his movies I remember that movies are supposed to be entertaining, and if they are, it doesn't matter if the story or setting is ridiculous or even bad. As for my favorite Tarantino movie I'm gonna say Reservoir Dogs. Looking forward to Basterds.

I watched Goodfellas, it was great. Before that I watched the first three Terminator movies. The second was ok, the others were worth nothing but 50-80k fishing exp.

Yes I've been doing that and actually just found out they finally did what I always said would be a better update than all others combined; the route-finding update. I really hope it works and I'm now off to pay for my membership. edit: apparently there's also a d plate these days.

I don't even know what BH servers are. I think I left more than 4 months ago. I also did not understand anything you said about that PK server thing and x% ep and 76k and huge profits. Thanks for the other info though and congrats on your cape!

I quit playing around the time PK servers came out. Now I'm thinking of starting to play again and would like to get a quick update as to what major changes have been introduced. How did the PK servers affect gameplay and economy? Are there any new worthwile minigames or (slayer) monsters? Any new treasure trail rewards? Any significant price evolution? New skills or areas? Must-do quests? Weapons/armor? New rules (like the trade limit)? Some more specific points of interest of mine: How much are whips these days? Is farming ranarrs still good profit? Is RC still good profit? I realize I could find this all out from the tip.it guides and databases, and that's what I've usually done when coming back to the game after a break. I will delve deep into the site later when I have more time but it's really hard to discover all the new things when I have no idea what to look for and really easy to miss something. Like last time I came back it took me close to three weeks to figure out there was a trade limit and that summoning was actually not useless. I don't need every question answered, just what you think has really changed or upgraded since whenever-it-was-that-PK-servers-came-out.

Thanks for all the replies, I think I'm gonna try each of them for a little while but at the moment I'm leaning towards fishing. I want to choose from these three skills because they make money in addition to exp. This is something I'm going to do in between slayer tasks when I start to get bored of slayer. I need something to finance those god forsaken cannonballs and farming doesn't seem to keep up with that anymore. So I will be banking the stuff, whichever it turns out to be. I'm aiming for 80 in wc or fishing, or 75 in mining. Each of these would make me 3-4mil using the methods I was thinking of but granite would probably be a much bigger profit.

Which of these is the fastest exp: woodcutting and banking yews, fishing and banking monks, or mining and banking iron? Assuming all skills are at ~70. I want to do one of these three and I'd like to know which one is the fastest boost to my total exp.

I remember the stupid fatigue! I used to mine copper and tin to smith bronze items to sell to the shop and eventually got full mith! I was so happy.

I know you can use cannon in the Smoking kills dungeon but can it kill turoths and kurasks? Because they should only be vulnerable to leaf-bladed weapons and such right?

Which bank is better to use in Lumby, the one from RFD in the cellar or the one upstairs?

What is the best place to spin flax? I checked the map and in addition to my old favorites Seer's and Gnome Stronghold, it seems that Lletya and Lumby have wheels pretty close to a bank too. Which one should I use?

Of course I know they can't all be planted at the exact same time, but it doesn't take 15 minutes. The problem was that it had been 2 hours when I first went to harvest and even after that I waited another two hours just hanging around by the patch. After 2 hours I went to play some Mario and now they are finally all done and replanted. It did drive me crazy.

It's supposed to be 75min to farm herbs right? I planted my herbs 4 hours ago and have been standing next to the patch for the last two hours and it's still not ready. One of five patches just completed growing 15min ago but the others still haven't. I planted them all at the same time. What's going on?

If I use 30 slayer points to cancel a task, will I have to start from 0 tasks completed again or continue towards the 50-in-a-row reward?

I was at Bloodvelds yesterday and it seemed like all the safespots were gone :( The ones I used way back years ago I mean, I dunno about lately. Please share your safespots. I'm doing 60-70 ranged, currently only 35k to go for 70. I did it all with slayer tasks, ranging pretty much all of them. I used cannon where I could, so that really helped with the exp of course. I think slayer is a great method because between levels 60-70 it's pretty much two tasks per level, tops. Much more fun than camping 10 levels at yaks or fire giants.

Okay it works after all :thumbup: I must have been trying to use stuff you can't shoot over, like a rock or a fence. Who would think you could actually range over those.

I'm p2p and I think crossbow is members only, not sure though. Shouldn't make a difference anyway.

I've recently come back to the game and started ranging with my newly acquired rune crossbow. It seems I can't use safespots anymore though? My char keeps running at the monsters even though I'm ranging. Have they removed safespotting?

I burned the snake in the Ape Atoll part of RFD. Is it supposed to be burnt or do I have to make a new one? I thought these quest things were unburnable.

Ok I got through. Turns out I needed at least 3 black items. So I think the Tip.It guide should be modified to state this more clearly.
