i dont think everybody will get prayer 99 that fast suppose at the rate of 1exp per sec. 13mill exp=13m sec 13m sec= 216666 min.= 3611 hours= 150 days 24h a day and that for 150 is not what i call fast

how many prayers you use doesnt matter just if you use prayer so with 5 prayers on you still get 1 or 2 exp per sec and ok maybe 2 is too much

if you mine you get mining exp if you range you get range exp if you fish you get fishing exp if you pray you get .... 0 prayer exp i think that you should get exp if you use prayer maybe 1 or 2 exp per sec if you use any kind of prayer it shouldnt give much exp cause otherwise normal bones would be useless
