swearing an yelling.... police do that, so can the citizen running from the police... yeah, don't expect him NOT to force u to the ground... but as soon as u place ur hands on someones neck that can be considered a threat to life. just like if you were to take your gun out... you can kill with a gun, and that guy weighing 200+ lbs, could have crushed that kids neck with ease. I highly doubt his intent was to kill the kid or he was putting sufficient pressure on his next to do any serious damage, and like i said before he only had his hands there a few seconds. doesnt matter, if i point a gun at someone it doesn't mean im going to kill them... but it still means trouble.

lol, they actually have some school(s) like that somewhere, where people are not allowed to have physical contact whatsoever.

i read this a day or so ago... complete idiots whoever thought this up.

so ur telling me its ok to harass a 13 year old kid, in such a violent manner. whom was just skateboarding... just to to scare the hell out of them not to do it again? that in itself is abuse, and more or less against the law in its own right.

even is just one hand, his shoulder is shifted on the one u see directly = more force on that hand and the kid is plainly in distress, his one arm is out in the air like hes struggling, and if that #1 hand isnt the cops its the kids trying to get it off, probably because hes being strangled to a degree. and when the hell was the last time you seen an officer even lay his hands on someones neck period... edit: he could have avoided this all together by putting his hand on the persons shoulder/chest, or have them sit up right away and have them lay on their stomach, and then proceed to ARREST him for an offense thats ticketable. vision the officer getting on top, and proceeding to place his hand around your neck, its not right... if you think so your completely [developmentally delayed]ed.

if u were choking.. you wouldn't be complaining, let along talking... "also looks more like he's bending down and not putting force on him." bending down? if i bend down and my hand is on someones throat... more of my weight is going to be directed to the throat.

2 hands? on top?.... and your telling me this is necessary why? we treat people differently because they are older.. you dont see a 8 year old go to prison for life for killing his parents with a shotgun, admitting to it, and telling the police he wanted to do it. And it has happened.. i dont remember his age.. but it was under 12 for sure. And since he was a minor.. no life in prison.. Kids go to wars? Kids are allowed to vote? no...

if there is a law in a city where it says you can not skate, its the city's responsibility to provide a place for recreation of those sorts. (from what ive been told) they probably weren't even skating, see all those people in the video? yeah.. not much room. They were probably just walking with their boards to go somewhere.

Since when is trying to reason with someone illegal? trying to reason with a cop give them no reason to be forceful, especially when they are doing it in a non violent manner. The kid was not mouthing off, if you were in his situation and started being treated by a cop in an unjust manner you would be infuriated too. they had to gather because they were told to... if they didn't you'd just be saying they were fleeing from an officer. They were cooperating fully its just when they started questioning the cops motives "we were just skating whats your deal" when the cop when ape on them and started acting ... violent. Those are not his personal details, other than his name.. the numbers are for the local police dept. along with the address and fax, they are for the police station. They also have a the right as a citizen to ask for the name of the officer, and do as they please with it. just because they are kids you judge them to a point were what they show in the video is not credible. Kids don't go looking for trouble with police... this is a prime example of an officer over reacting. What he should have done is just gone up to the kids, and told them to go elsewhere or action will be taken against them, which unless you are a complete idiot you wouldn't not listen to a cop. And even if they did disobey, the force he used was unnecessary. i probably repeated myself a couple times, whatever.

i edited my last post. he did not give warning, the girl wasn't even running she was walking away. The cop grabbed her around the neck and and with alot of force practically forcing her back. Then the guy calmly walks towards and tries to reason with the cop and he proceeds to do the same with him, again with any provocation or warning. Even in the beginning of the video a cop has no right to have his hand around your neck, and be right on top of you. The cops actions were over dramatic for the satiation.

cops are supposed to take that stuff, ever seen the COPS show? people yelling straight at there face ect.. they are supposed to stay calm and try to manage the situation without it getting over-physical, as soon as he put those two kids in a head lock he was violating that, i didn't even hear him yell at the kid to stop. and cops are also supposed to give warnings unless their life is as stake... its just like if a cop has a gun drawn he has to warn the suspect and tell them to obey and if they don't force will be used. Unless of course the suspect whips out a knife/gun and starts threatening the cop can he immediately defend himself. In this case the kids were just yelling and provoking not directing violence towards the cop. The cop however took it to extreme and used unnecessary force without much provocation.

ive known a couple people who are have been in your situation, or close to it. I suggest, judging from those people i know, that you move on before you waste time sulking and sinking yourself deeper in depression... write poetry, listen to music, read books... enjoy the outdoors.. chill out and relax and let time pass. Some people may need others to keep them happy, in my opinion you shouldn't.

what happened to the ones that you TOTALLY lost contact with, and are unable to contact at all.

to some extent... I more or less drifted away from everyone by choice though.. went from a ''small'' group of probably.. 15-20 friends to a close knit group of less than 10. I tend to enjoy the limited activity with the smaller group of friends i have, but i know that at least a couple of then will be there for me if i need something, thats all that matters i guess... when graduation comes around and people leave, its going to get even more limited and spread out...

it is, however known for its large geek fanbase which actually know what "DE WANNA WANGAA and BOSHUUDA!" actually mean...just like then treckies who speak clingon...

It's not safe to be Vegan. In fact, it's terribly unhealthy, I heard it can cause severe illness and longterm effects from lack of proper vitamins, nutrients, protein, calcium, etc. I agree with that, I thought I'd post the definition in case someone decided to unknowingly throw out the word vegan without knowing what it meant. I've made the mistake in the past with a few of my friends, I use to think they were the same thing (vegetarian/vegan).
