this is the completly drawn monkey now all thats left to add is text and background do you like the monkey it was hard to get perspective right and this is vector quality IMPORTANT I am leaving in 20 minutes to the mountains for 2 days and will be back sunday i will be able to finish then so dont end your post looking for sig until late sunday or monday so i can finish i need to fix the eye the white should be a lil bit bigger and i when i have a background and get a general idea of where the lightsource is located ill include a background i also havent add the hairs that are on his head to his body EDIT also just notice the outside white in his eyes(or looked white to me in illustrator was actually transparent so fixing that

its ok excpet the background extends out some frames about 1 pixel delete that also save it better quality

ill try when i get back on sunday im leaving in 20 mins for a short vacation (only 2 days lol)

yes take the magic wand tool select the red and delete it then change the text color and add a stroke and put a drop shadow on the gun

cut off the red on the first and save as gif then i think that be the best one

heres wat i got so far its just the head i still gota make the body i wanna try to make it 100% vector but i dont know if i can get good vector clouds if not then im gonna make some in PS and make it look sorta like its vector art but it wont be it looks better in flash but i highlighted the monkey and imported into grahpicsgale(complex version of paint and saved as png) if anyone knows a good program that produces vector art so i can copy and paste the monkey into it that'd be great any comments monkie PM me

im not gonna make it wizard of oz but a sig is supposed to reflect u and im gonna draw a vector image of a monkey flying thru the sky the onyl real program i have that can do vector art is flash you can do vector in Photoshop but its really hard not to have it rasterized

nice 8/10 for first ever try when i used to be a stick death animator this was like my fav site and where i submitted too http://www.sfdt.com some are really funny some are awesome for the best one go to browse at the top scroll down click webipisodes then click joe zombie watch them all 1 2 3 4a 4b and 5 i recommend getting the free trial version of flash and practice to learn the interface and hot to animeate and motion tweens etc use the tuitorials it comes with and look for some on google then buy it you can buy it for educational purposes cheaper or you can buy somewhere like ebay just dont steal it

what is number 2 looks like something you drew with your eyes closed in MSpaint however considering the difference between the 2 then i think the first is the best of course but make the sun coming from behind the houses slightly above for lighting to make it a lil bit darker with the right shadowing i think some of that was done in poser o well im off to bed now

the jeppoz has the best cartoon type look but for realism and smoothness zimlem is by far the best look at the deatial of the sig with the fighter jet looks like and F16 and his shading on neos sig for that kind of shading zimlem kicks anyones sig's wagon but i like the jeppoz more cuz most of the time i dont like the realism look except for squall

hmm i don't think so, as you can see the font and bg in misters isnt that well done although his mage makes the sig stand out a lot more... For links his relys on the mage also but his background is more detailed and stands out much more because of nice text and animation. overall they both looks great and is a very close run for the money. But i kinda like links more because it tends to stand out more for some reason but thats just a matter of prefference, Great job guys :wink: Jamie yes i partially agree..er i think i dont think if the background was more detailed it would take the focus off the mage if it had a nice background it be reall good
