My suggestion... To help from people being imature with their capes, have Jagex look them over. When you would make your cape it would have a submit button to send the design to Jagex, saying you will get a response in 24-48 hours(not sure how long it would take). They look at your design and either allow it or deny it. To stop people from making 100s of capes though and stopping Jagex from doing their normal day to day task, you are only allowed 1 cape (kind of like a fire cape). I think this would be a cool little update maybe with a workshop like the Christmas event last year.

He might have used the quest marker...Q=Quest. Not sure though. Great guide. =D>

people can do it with karils x bow...but yea the hits wont alway be that good Karils X bow attacks faster and hits higher than regualr c'bow bolts. I used x bow for fight caves, so I should know that you can do it there. If you use an x bow at caves with a crossbow you will lose 2 inventory spaces because x bow + racks take up spots then the rune crossbow and the ruby bolts would take up 2 spots. Don't question me, I know what I am talking about.

Stop by to give it some support. :D First, before I start out, I do not want to hear any spam about people not caring about free player updates or any of that bull. I am a member too, but I believe free players deserve this because their current spell is useless. First, lets get to the point: Bind in free worlds is useless. It is the most underpowered spell there is, and it is the only binding spell in free worlds. I don't understand why free players dont have snare in the first place. They have every other non members quest related spells below 59...why not snare? Bind is extremely weak and only lasts for 5 seconds...with the low magic bonuses in free worlds already hindering your ability to actually succesfully cast the spell; added to the very small amount of time it holds your opponent, it is a waste of nature runes. With those 5 seconds that seem to go by in an instant, you get time for about 1 spell if you are lucky and when that spell is the only thing holding your opponent from crossing over that line into the safe zone, 1 spell rarely gets the job done. So what is going on Jagex? I know people have complained about this before. It is a pointless spell that is rarely used because it isn't worth the time or the runes to cast it. I hardly ever see this spell used and like I said before I am not sure why it isn't a free player spell already. Please change this...save free world pking. By the way, any spamming posts about free players not deserving updates will be reported. Have a nice day.

Runecrafting you gain from a quest so there couldn't be a guide to help you with something you can't do... Crafting would be good because it took me a while to figure that out at first.

Ummm...yes I agree that it was stupid they warned you...but still, it does kind of seem like a scam. Some idiot might fall for that...then making it a scam. Just think of it this way, you got your warning. Most people wont need that, but atleast you wern't banned right away.

Reasons to NOT use for jad: 1) Crossbow is too slow. 2) From what I have heard the special doesn't happen very often. 3) Lose 1 or even 2 spaces for the bolts and crossbow. 4) Overall range bonus of rune crossbow means your regular hits will not hit very often.

Yes we know, nobody is saying that they hit extremely high numbers...

It makes sense...but I doubt Jagex made it possible.

If you would mess up you would have to make another character because of the HP gain...it would be interesting to see the results though

Sounds good to me... This glitch happened right after the release of Lunar Diplomacy. The bonus does not/did not actually help any, just looks cool.

About 350k on lvl 46, I have done a little bit of tears of guthix too...
