I don't think you can charge the 4/10 bow... Perhaps I'm wrong, but I was sure only seeds could be charged. Anyways, a great place to get your bow to 0 it at the blue dragons. They drop the hides, and bones, so you can sell the hides, and bury the bones, or sell both to help pay for your bow.

My brothers mining is 50, and it doesn't show up on the highscores! This must be a bug or something.
