Well depends on the sort of sig you want 2 make but here is somegood explains for Photoshop http://www.good-tutorials.com follow the instructions and it looks cool..For pixel work i dont really know it, just keep practice it. :) PS. About your sig.. its look a bit standard that colour of red, en the font.. just add a cool background and a cool font and its a lot better.
