  1. Oh darn. *sigh* I guess it's back to the Arena. :(
  2. Well... fastest place IS in the Rogue's Den. It isn't a range, but it's the fastest and there are usually people there on one world or another doing the same. Best for 14k Lobbies. If you want more people, Catherby. It IS a range. Close to the bank. Lots of people. Not as fast as Rogue's Den.
  3. I never had to rebuild myself. But Barrows is a good option. With enough luck and enough runs, you might land yourself a sexy little Spear.
  4. Other than the Brimhaven Agility Arena and farming.
  5. And with the Abyss crafting you won't need a chaos tally or tiara. If you die, you won't have to have extra tallies or tiaras or find new ones.
  6. If you can stand all that mining and all that time it takes, then sure.
  7. Omg that must hurt. Getting impaled by something as blunt as a warhammer? That's like... ouch. I can imagine a special called "Smash" though. Can't imagine what it would do. Just the name. lol isn't that the point? http://www.britannica.com/dictionary?bo ... ery=Impale Main Entry: im̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷pale Pronunciation: im-'pA(&)l Function: transitive verb Inflected Form(s): im̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷paled; im̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷pal̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷ing Etymology: Middle French & Medieval Latin; Middle French empaler, from Medieval Latin impalare, from Latin in- + palus stake -- more at POLE : to pierce with or as if with something pointed; especially : to torture or kill by fixing on a sharp stake All I'm saying is don't describe it as getting impaled.
  8. He means for you to go out and kill some dogs. Use the Tip.it Slayer Guide. I think it tells you what you can kill for a dog assignment. Otherwise, you could just use the Guard Dogs around Ardougne's mansion.

  10. There are no requirements for any of the gloves.

Use world 59 for your Shade Tomb runs to get your fine cloth. World 59 ftw!!
  12. I'd guess Dragon Pickaxe would be next. I have no preference for a future Dragon Weapon.
  13. When you climb down into the tunnels, it's random where you end up, but you will always end up in one of the rooms and never the tunnels. Also, the room with the ladder to get back out will move elsewhere if you answer the puzzle door incorrectly.
  14. These tricks are required for people who don't have a good mage level and would do it faster with a bow and arrows. And I was just hammering in the fact that you can't get there with armor and weapons from the Abyss. I've seen and I'm sure you have seen instances where someone has said something about whatever subject and someone else later asks a question that was already answered by that post. Example: One guy asks "What are Barrows gloves and how can I get them?" Another guy comes along and responds "You get them by doing all the subquests and the final battle in Recipe for Disaster. Then you can buy them for 130k from the chest." Then a third guy comes along a few minutes later and asks "How much are Barrows gloves?" *end scene*
  15. To do Recipe for Disaster to completion and get Barrows Gloves, you'll also need to do Desert Treasure and have 175 quest points. There are too many other requirements for me to remember off the top of my head. You don't need Desert Treasure and 175 qp if you only want the Dragon Gloves, but you will need all the other requirements. Dragon gloves, you'll need to do all subquests but don't need to do the final fight. Barrows gloves, you WILL need to do the final fight and have the 175 qp and have done DT. I have been told that one dose of Super Restore restores 25 prayer points regardless and only Prayer pots with lvl 76+ prayer is better. So you try and figure that out. If a crystal bow is better for you, then take it. I use Rune arrows. I buy arrowheads from stores and attach them to my own arrow shafts. Idk if it's cheaper or not. But since I wouldn't be paying only 180k to charge a crystal bow, it's cheaper for me. I guess the prayer bonus is good. Sure. If you want to, take veracs. You don't need the coif. Ahrim is very weak to range attacks so you should have enough range bonus to rip through him like tissue paper. Just watch your hp since he can hit 20s. I think the sidestep is for ppl who don't drink prayer pots while fighting. Maybe these are the people who don't use prayer on the melee brothers, in which case, they sidestep to avoid getting hit while they restore their Hitpoints.
  16. It's a totally awesome bug. I did it and found that fighting while in your drunken mode doesn't turn it off. I owned a couple cyclopes while drunk. Drunken fist ftw!!

That full Guthans you've been asking about in another thread could help you through slayer tasks as it'll lessen your need for food when you're able to use it. Times when you won't be able to use it are when your task is a monster that requires special equipment or are better dealt with in a way other than melee.
  18. I wonder if items can be traded once it's made. You can have someone selling d'hide armor, bows, and arrows for people doing lost city quest. I think you can. I have a friend who did Lost City by having a friend trade her a mage bow after being made on Entrana.
  19. The stat requirements are 70 def and 70 atk. Price? Last I checked it was 10.6mil to 11m. I'm very sad I didn't get a set after they dropped to like 10m.
  20. I know for certain that Briante is wrong. I once went to Abyss with full rune and dds to kill some of those monsters there hoping for some pouches and decided to try and get into the law altar. Wouldn't let me. Maybe if you don't want to kill those zombies in that dungeon for an axe during Lost City quest and you have an axe head and a handle, this could be a viable alternative.
  21. Np. Always happy to help when I can.
  22. Full Guthans is very good and useful. The healing ability doesn't heal all the time, but it does well enough to make the set the most expensive Barrows set. You get it by either doing Barrows runs, which could take a long time as the drops are rare, or by buying from other players. Worth getting depending on what you plan to do with it.
  23. Good info BoffoBoy. Those handholds have gotten the better of me more times than I care to tell. Just a little correction - the exit is in the northeast corner. I don't understand the part about clicking "move right". What do ya mean there? I think I know what he's talking about. I do it sometimes. Like, with the spinning blades, you click to go and do the spinning blades thing and when your character jumps, while in mid-air of the jump, you click to wherever it is you want to move, maybe even on the next trap and you'll see your character dash faster than normal to wherever it is you clicked to move to.
  24. Try selling them off for 1k or more higher than you'd get by selling to the specialty store or high alching first. Don't wanna lose all that money before you at least try. Try to sell for 3k or 4k or 5k before you give up and sell to that store.
