no dice cause combining both of those making super blunt heavy arrows is a bad idea and is way to powerfull also if you understood how the arrows worked you would know that the amount of breaks depended on the tips not the shaft

I think it would be like POH's and the clan would need aproval from JAGeX so not many clans would get approval bringing down the 1000s of castles. Also it wouldnt be a rent issue i think it would be a flat rate maybe 5M for a castle (would be more but they would be able to get captured)

only problems with rukanos idea is that it would take a while to program, encourage people mocking others and it shouldnt give the exp of normal bones (should be much higher)

but were getting off topis we need new games and maybe a set wager like 25 gp would be a lil nicer than the current system

its better than teleportation you would be able to telebport to ANY major city plus its a distinguishing thing like people wearing dragon in f2p world is pointless but they do anyways and not jetpacks like a cape but wings and its a decent reward
