I took the laptop and put it next to my PC, and the laptop's speed didn't really change all that much. It was still much faster than my PC.

I seem to have some sort of a problem. The internet on my computer is getting annoyingly slow, however, my parents laptop, which is on the same wireless network is achieving speeds much better than mine. I did an experiment and tried downloading a random file of the internet, and on my computer, it was going at speeds between 30 and 75KB/s. However, on the laptop, the same exact file, was going to around 200KB/s. It's not just downloading files that is slower, I can also notice that pages load quite a bit faster on the laptop. Also the System Specs for both the computers are almost the same - Windows XP, 512 MB RAM, and Pentium 4, 2.40GHz. This is causing me to think I have some sort of problem, so I scanned for viruses, and also for spyware, and didn't find much of anything. So, I figured I would try a System Restore to see if that would fix it. However, for some reason, every time I try System Restore, it will say "Restoration Incomplete". Obviously there is something wrong with my computer, however, I cannot seem to find the problem. Thanks for the help.

Pretty much agree with this. I was surprised at satinism at first, but then I saw what it actually was, and I somewhat agree with it. I also knew that Buddhism would be somewhat high, because that religion doesn't sound all that bad since, from what I know, it doesn't have the strong "God" aspect in it.

Great idea, I especially like the idea of increasing the use of the keyboard. Also, for number nine, from what I understand, you want to make it so players can set (for example) ALT + H would Cast Hi-alch, and then the player would just click an item to Hi-alch. If so, then I think it is a good idea.

Wow..its been a long time since I last posted here, but anyway..here is my story. At the start of this previous school year I decided to quit RS. I made this decision because A) It was getting boring, and B) I had other things to do. Well now that we are into summer, I decided that I may as well log on and play for a little bit. So I try to log on, but my password doesn't work. So, I try all the other passwords I have ever used, and none work. So I do the little lost password thing, and get mine back. So, I can finally log on. Now, I explicitly remember not having anything in my bank, because I had given much of my stuff away to a friend of mine. So I did not care that I had apparently been hacked, because there would be nothing to take anyway. So I log on thinking "damn I have no stuff..what will I do?" The first thing I notice is that I have pink hair, and I never remember giving myself pink hair. So I dismiss that and go to my bank where I find it is not empty. I find a nice set of rune, about 250k in cash, and a nice about of lobsters to use as food for training. Apparently, the person who hacked me was thinking that he could use my account as his main account or something, and he didn't consider the fact that I might actually try and log on. I only wish I could thank the person who hacked for saving me the trouble of getting armor and stuff so I could train.

My dad is buying a 42" Plasma Screen HDTV and TiVo with it.

Ive given up mining now due to I hate it :P lol. But well when I mined (71 mining) i would mine in the varrok mine place and I would get outmined by lvl 50 miners. Now I wasnt really lagging, but these lvl 50 miners were beating me, so I stopped mining entierly.

Stupid Idea, without f2p there would be no RS period. Im not saying F2p should get updates all the time (maybe twice a year). And for most F2pers money is not the issue. Its either parents dont want them to pay, or they dont really want to pay if they can play for free (both those apply for me).
