Jagex always rounds down. Same with the Unicorn stallion special attack, If we would have had 100 max hp, then it would heal 15, but no... 99 hp has to be rounded down even though it's 0.9...

It has happened a few times to me too. They are in different teams, just the color in the chatbox that's the same.
