While I don't agree with how hard the enforcement was - it worked. While all other forms of crime went up a bit (ie: hold ups using knifes, etc). It would've been a lot worse if they were all running around with a damn gun. Lot of criminals have been scared off when they were wielding a weapon, and then their potential victim pulls out their own for defence. Can't be a [kitty] and shoot someone with a screw driver if they whip out a cricket bat or something to hit back with now can you. lol i love how tif changes words KITTY!

Put water into a bowl then put pepper over it so it floats on top but not to much put some washing detergent on your finger then go to a friend and tell them to put their finger into the middle and touch the bottom then tell them to take it out and put the finger with the detergent on it inside, all the pepper will go to the sides of the bowl like they don't like your finger :P (because oils don't mix with water, putting oil in the water makes the water move and the pepper go away... i think :lol: )
