The Italian government has issued a statement announcing it's full co-operation with the UN in the Phillippines and Indonesia.

Of course it does, but it has little strength to uphold it's laws other than by saying "You're a naughty boy."

but why are those things useful to me anyway? technology is all that would be worthwhile would i be correct in saying that the sahara receives a higher sunlight intensity? or is my assumption incorrect as it's only based on the fact that the sahara is a desert.. this would mean that you're probably going to use it for solar facilities and then store the energy in some form if so, that tech is enough for the trade
