Yea i used to run cross country at a county level. Until i misjudged a puddle and blew my knee :cry: , so now after a big recovery I run 800m at a county level. But cross country is a fantastic work out, and nomatter how fit you are the terrain will make u feel it, its brilliant and i loved it.

Well Fri 13th was unlucky for me 2day, i slept badly for the 1st time in years and woke up with an EXTREMELY bad, unmovable (immovable :?: ) neck and am still in pain :boohoo:

I'm sure you'll all agree he is a great bloke, and lucky to be alive. The roll bar apparently saved his life, gave him a protective layer as such, and stopped him taking the full impact of the crash. Really hope he presents again as he is high up on my brownie points list. I love TG and Braniac and would sorely miss him if he went.
