Try this: Glory to alkharid, bank, use the gnome glider to get to the grand tree, then again to the karamja glider, then walk to the nat altar (across the log of course) It isn't that slow

I couldn't pray vs the thing. It drained my prayer EVERY TIME I drank a p pot. Bring lots of sharks and just mage or melee it, I suggest maging it to eliminate it's meleeing abilities. If you become overwhelmed by the queen, just run off screen and take a second to get ready to go back in.

its true. everything is random. recently at lesser demons, i got 3 rune med drops in a row. 1 kill after another. i didnt get another one for a week. its all random. thats all this game is, randomness. Lol, that happened to me once. I even switched worlds in between.

Bring prayer potions and the highest prayer bonus you can (initiate, zammy book, etc), and a ring of wealth. It shouldn't take that long like that. Pouches GREATLY help the task of runecrafting, and if you can use the giant one, it almost doubles the amount of essence you can carry per trip.

Looks like you'll handle it very well. Just don't try meleeing the healers, they seldom hit, but they do hit... and guthan effect is random
