Well, Shield of Arrav is the only quest I haven't done in the f2p quests yet so I figured I might as well do it. I tried doing it with a friend that was planning on going to the opposite side I chose. I got to the part where you needed a friend to get a scroll from Johnny The Beard. My friend killed him 10 times and didn't get no scroll. I've tried someone who hasn't even started the quest but couldn't get the scroll. Am I doing something wrong? Have I missed something? Help me out 8-)

Good news. From exactly 8:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M I started out with 1,162,830 and ended at 1,212,730 xp which equals 49,900 xp an hour at Yaks. Final question is...is this good for a rune pure with 75 attack and 75 strenght? Also, I got 75 strenght while training, yay me 8-) . 49,900 / 60 = 832 xp a minute :)

Wear black d hide top and legs...addy full helm if you get it as a drop from green drags. Legends cape (easily bought back) any colored gloves below the best you have. Climbing boots. Good luck.

Well, I'm 75 attack and 74 strenght. I currently plan on getting 80+ strenght. Problem is I have no clue where to train. I think experiments wouldn't be that fast and plus they are crowded. I did slayer to get to 75 attack but that took some time and I've reached my 50 slayer goal so I'm done with that. Dagganoths were good xp since I could sell and buy back food upstairs. I'm currently at Yaks...they are decent xp but nonetheless not the greatest I think I could be recieving. I'm going to see how much xp I got in an hour in a few minutes. At dagganoths I got about 35-40k xp an hour which is pretty good (note that was with black mask). I'll reply back to you all with how much xp I get at Yaks in an hour. Until then...what should I train on? P.S. I'm 45 defence wearing berserker, rune platebody and legs, rune boots, mithril gloves, warrior ring, obsidian cape, rune defender, and a glory.

Is this only able to be done with a 360 controller? I have a Logitech PrecisionPad and would it be possible to be done with that?

I'm not training defense since I'm pure :). Are you sure I should range Blue Dragons at 60 range and bronze arrows? I might go ogres and just power range to 70 with those arrows. Got them for like 100k anyways :).

Those are my stats. I'd like to know where I could train my strenght right now. I'm currently at experiments and it's starting to get a bit slow. Should I wait for 70 combat and do Pest Control? And is pest control worth it on the medium boat? Also I'm about 6k from 61 range and I have 19k bronze arrows. Where could I train my range? As long as I get 70 range with those arrows I'll be happy. Thanks.

I've been training at experiments....

I'm a level 58 pure. I have 61 attack, 64 strenght, 55 mage, 60 range and 61 hitpoints. I also have a Dragon Scimitar. My main question is where should I train? Now that PC doesn't seem that good my only option is Experiments and I need verification that experiments is the best place for me right now. Any suggestions?

Count me in, I support that a ton. Many times I be trading with someone saying something like "1.5k" and theres people around me like, for what????????? So yeah, overall a good suggestion.

I think it's a great idea. Sitting down in bars and in parks would make RS a bit more better. You know Jagex though, it has to be absolutely needed to be turned into a real update.

What do you mean by "to get the tune"? Also I would screen my randoms but I got 2 prince clothes, 2 frog masks, and Landerhosen top.

The lamps give 100xSkill level, so say your strenght is 40, its gives 400xp in it. Thats why you keep giving 400xp.

The fire coming out of the hands idea is cool, I don't like the Strenght -50% thing though.

I have recently noticed that you get more random events when you are just standing in one place doing something (Alching, Fletching, Stringing). They also appear when you either click to do something. For instance, you click on a rock, a rock golem might pop up. When I'm fishing, I click on the spot, either a troll and or other random event pops up. Lastly, I also have been seeing a lot of randoms right when I click on a teleport spell. Yesterday, when I clicked to telly to varrock, a dwarf popped up =]. This happens when you do most other things too. Say your chopping a yew down and right when you click on it is when you get a Tree Spirit. Never have I seen when I'm in the middle of chopping a tree down has a Tree Spirit and or any other random pop up. I'm just letting you know what has happened to me and I see a lot off of other people. I don't know if there has been another thread about this but I feel this is right. I just got one for the first time. How much fishing xp does he give?

I've been killing lots of black knights recently and I've done the 2 quests needed. First things first....how many do you need to kill to go up a rank? And my suggestion is...what about a task thingy to show how many more till next rank? Something like in slayer?
