Some part of RFD is required i think.

It takes alot of time because its one of the oldest and most important city in all of Runescape (even more to F2P), whith multiple quests taking place in it, the F2P market place, etc. Of course we all want to see an update of Varrock(its the oldest area in all of Runescape), but Jagex wants it to be perfect, for it must respect the old style as well as looking great. Its also one of the most complex city. Almost all buildings are 2 story high (at least) and very few space is unnocupied. Its normal for that update to take long and its good to see they are not going to rush it. I am not against the update, but im against asking JaGEx to hurry up. :

Find all of the colors 1 by 1 First only add 1 red and see if he likes, then 2 red, then 3. . . until you find the ammount of red he likes. Now you just switch to another color and when you have them all give him the full stew (he will give back).

Just look in the list from a to z, everytime you see a quest you have the requirements for do it. Its that easy. When all possible quests are done just look for the one your the closest to and get the level. You could be in the 200 qp in no time like that :) (i know its just common sense but thats how it works.)

I know of a good spot where you can range 5-8 skeletons at same time while being in a safe spot. Just go behind the rocks near the member wilderness gate in Edgeville dungeon. Great spot. There are 2 bronze arrows respawn in that room and skeletons drop arrows.

The only thing you can do whith tiaras is : - sell them to general store - or give them all to a level 3 fresh from tutorial island.

I agree whith the poster above, and when you get to level 50 attack switch to the Moss giants, they are far better and even give alchable drops. The best places for moss giants are : An island near brimhaven that requires some agility or crandor island.
