I was thinking about that for prayer. That would be very useful. Prayer and hp cape can only be used once every minute I know a use for the hp cape! go to cw, and stand in the rock pile things. They only do 99 damage max so you would be left with 1 hp wrong ppl have been 1 hitted with 105 hit points or around there using sara brew and taht altar in the desert i think

You say it as though the North Koreans have a choice in the matter. It's Kim Jong Il and his government who want the bargaining chip, not the people themselves. Hell, if the people knew anything about the outside world besides what propaganda tells them, they'd have defected to South Korea ages ago. It's the government that wants the bargaining chip of nuclear weapons because it's just so easy for every country around them to impose sanctions or hold back on the food aid. yep hope they don't get angry and nuke south korea if they do i won't be making anymore posts -.-
