i think you have to drink wine and use ring of recoils wine takes you down to 0 attk so teh rubber chicken doesn't get combat exp or something and it heals over 10 i am not sure tho

you can't use them in f2p and they can't be traded but the highest one is like 90k i think just bring 100k and you can afford any plant you want

bad for training but good for killing eg. fight caves and yes you can only use bolt racks with them

i think they come as they would have to be special darts just like the wooden sword and boxing gloves or ring toss
