Its really completely random, people go there expecting never to get one and get one withing a few minutes while other people go there expecting to get one but end up killing 20k without a chain.

Read some quides :) Get that with a v skirt dragon boots obby shield / rune defender, glory/ fury and berserker or warrior ring.

2/10 for 80 wcing. cooking smithing and firemaking are your highest skills other than that and those are buyables. Get some of those nonbuyables up and ill rate you better.

Runecrafting was one of the most boring skills in the game, taking the risk away from it made it the most boring. Weeee.
