Personally Barrows, some days i get about 8 mil in an hour, or less and... never listen to "fletching is good money"...it's not and it takes ages It took me 3 weeks to get a whip through alching yew/mage longs.... horrible!

Yes Guthix drains defense and zamorak attack or strength (not sure), it's up to what you want to use, but i think everyone use the spell for the big hits, not the special Guthix- When effective (does damage) it lowers the enemies defnce lv Saradomin-When effective (does damage) it lowers the enemies prayer points. Zamorak-When effective (does damage) it lowers the enemies mage lv.
