  1. i totally agree with that.. i am spending lesser time on rs now.. Well i believe its peer pressure.. like ur peers who challenged u to level stats or something.. perhaps tats the part that drives most of the rs into OVERDRIVE!!! I always try to tell myself that it's just a game, it'll be there tomorrow. But the little devil that sits on your shoulder seems to be pretty talkative lately...
  2. *starts counting people who are addicted* *runs out of fingers, toes, and strands of hair* Yeah, I think ALMOST everyone who's played RuneScape was addicted at SOME point.
  3. Cool article... can't wait until i subscribe again so I can check it out. It seemed a bit more like a guide than an article though
  4. You know you have been playing runescape too long when you get in a car accident and the first person you call is the local baker
  5. Well... it's definitely better than anything i could do. I literally can't draw squat. I like making fake pics instead, i'm working on one :D If I were a critic, I'd say 6/10. You should define what looks like a hot air balloon better (I don't really like it anyway) and the wizard hat on the wall is a little disproportionate. Of course I don't know anything at all about art, so maybe my advice isn't valid  But I think it's cool 8)
  6. My first day of Runescape was on an account called someone els6, my first ever account. I followed through Tutorial Island like anyone else would. When I arrived in Lumbridge, I remember trying to range a giant rat from outside the castle walls, until I realized i could shoot over the wall  Then I walked east to find the notorious border gate. I was baffled by the outrageous price of 10 (yes, ten, count 'em, ten) gp  I started walking north, until I met whom to this day I still loathe  The enemy which created the most crushing impact on my RuneScape career. Yes, the great and terrible MUGGER!! The masked brute punched my right in the pie hole, and repeatedly did so until, despite my feeble begs for mercy, I was slain. Now, at this point in time, I had no knowledge of General Stores, and thus, there was one item i deemed priceless beyond all belief. My tinderbox. When I revived in Lumbridge, I was utterly devastated. In my sorrowful rage, I deemed this account useless, and started my second and permanant account, Someone Els. Then all the fun began :D (Don't worry, Someone Els showed that mugger who's boss  )
  7. I don't entirely blame Jagex for asking fan sites to withold their guides. I was a little disappointed when Recruitment Drive came out, knowing that many of those people wearing the shiny new Initiate armor were simply following a guide instead of figuring out the rather difficult quest (the chemistry part, anyways) for themselves. I do agree, however, it is a little unproffesional of Jagex to directly ask fan sites not to post their guides. :?
