they just need to put it back to the way it was before any of the RWT updates were :| no inflation, no new items introduced out of thin air, no extra money brought in through thin air, etc.... but since jagex doesn't want to go backwards on RWTing and all that stuff, it won't happen. so we're faced with 2 choices, do we want massive item price drops, or massive inflation that cannot be controlled? there is no middle ground from what i can tell. First person ive seen notice this.:) thank you =D> No matter what happens post RWT, one side(pvp/skillers) will always complain. thanks, i always try to think logically what will happen to both sides of the player base, but sometimes people think that they're always right and your wrong, that they're willing to be the "brick wall" in the argument and not budge to see other people's view points.

ah, im sure that it'll crash soon enough, the only reason that it's going up is because of the inflation from pvp statues ;) im sure if i left an offer in for my 3a melee again, i'd get it in a few days of it sitting there probably :P

You still got 3rd age? Any chance of selling? naw dude, i wish i still had it, but im more focused on getting money for 99 prayer and 96 summoning so i can get 138 combat :) but i sold my 3a melee back a while ago, and bought up 3a mage right before the buyout, and sold it for a bit of profit.

Ummmm, back in RSC, i traded my mask set for the shilo village gems, aka jade, red topaz and opal. i traded each mask for 2-3 of each gem thinking that they were rare and that i could sell them for tons of money. but my biggest fail was my first time at armadyl godwars, is that we got a hilt on the first or second kill, and since my inventory was full with potions and vials and steel arrows from the ava's accumulator, i didn't pick up the hilt and tele'd out. gf 150m at the time.

im sure if they seriously could remove the "26k trick" that they would, but they pretty much told everyone exactly how to gain potential (EP) or w/e, they told them how much they had to risk in-order to gain it, and how much said person had to lose in order to use up some of your potential. it's almost like they wanted us to 26k trick..... hmmmm....

Just because it's banned, doesn't mean it's gone. Heroine is a banned substance in the US, but how come people still trade it? If people want to product enough, laws and rules don't matter. Yeah but with laws and rules will give a risk that might make gold farmers consider. vietnam is a huge place for gold farmers too, dont forget about them ;)

dang this whole this is really messed up, ok, i bought like 30k chaos runes for wind bolting with 5m of my cash, and my cash pile was at 35m when i first started a few days ago. now not even a week after, i've doubled my cash pile almost, it's at like 69m or so. all well, its going towards 99 prayer :| edit: just got a second zaros statue today. they seem pretty rare, but not rare enough, all well, im not complaining ;)

This is the only part that isn't true. Special items should be worth getting. Let's take Infinity as a prime example. It is no longer worthwhile to exchange points for most MTA items due to their low prices. And I can say with certainty that if things had gone on as they were, MTA items would have never become like this naturally, because the demand wouldn't have fallen so far under the supply. As it was before, PvP was providing a much easier outlet of unique items than obtaining the items from their original source, therefore ruining some or most of the play values of many different game contents. im pretty sure that in the infinity robes/mage book/master wand's case, that the mage training arena bot that was floating around for a few months made a muck of the infinity/w/e prices, pvp just added a bit more supply to it.

i've got to say, dang the 26k trick and the artifacts have much more of a negative effect on the economy than say having barrows/rings/other stuff drop. because if you think about it, there's idk, maybe 20-25 different artifacts/icons/whatever. but if you put rings, barrows & whips and all that stuff ontop of pvp armour you have atleast 50+ individual items that have a certain percentage of chance to get. now, most people before the artifacts were after the legendary DFS's and DFH's because hey, it's a huge ammount of money. but they were so rare, it would've taken them a month of 26king to get it. but now with this new artifacts system, it seems that the artifacts are so common that in order to get a zaros statue, you just need about a week's worth of dedication or less to get the statue. it helped to have the regular items, because if they were in constant supply, they couldn't sell them, so it caused the items prices to drop to more stable levels to match the supply of said item, sure it ruined some clan merches, like most barrows armour and whatever. but with this, i'm seeing bandos items to prices that they havent been since the start of god wars dungeon. im sure this was just alot of random collections of thoughts on this new system myself, but i intend to use it to gain wealth for my skilling needs and whatever until they nerf it or something, im not going to sit around and [bleep] about it instead of acctually using it to my advantage like oh so many other runescapers are doing. eventually if/when they do nerf it, im sure the GP will stay at the same value it is now, and the people that refused to do the 26k trick will still be left behind from the inflation, because all the people that 26k'd got a ton of money and still commanded enough buying power in order to keep the market the way it is right now for a while to come.

been doing 26k's for a few days now, with most netting me ~1m or so, but i think this one takes the cake. first 2 kills i get this bit of loot total from all kills
