Work up a bit to start off with Then make profit from steel bars. Im really harping smithing today for some reason

With 11m you can turn quite a large profit making steel bars until 85 smithing. Dunno what the profit turnout would be but you would obviously have a lot more than 11m and 85 smithing. All depends if you want 85 smithing NOW. Smithing rune bars makes some profit, but you may not have any money to start off with.
