I played GH3 today for the first time in a while (About 5 days). Started off with a re-FC of Generation rock with a slightly improved score. Then went to the main setlist and did this: Now I never have to play that stupid song again, first playthrough I got halfway through and the game jumped :s I really need to get my transfer cable from microsoft so I can start saving games to my 120GB HDD. Then I decided to finish that set, this is good enough for me :P Might not be an FC but oh well, I should have had this AGES ago, it was the first song I beat on hard and expert (I beat it on expert before I beat anything else on hard lol) just kept missing stupid things. Finally finished 4*ing the Dragonforce songs with this: Pleased with that 91%. Then had a go at Slash guitar battle again, missed a lot of easier things but still improved my score. Then I ordered pizza and spent 3 hours playing Rock Band :P

Note Carpentry there. Was taken summer 2002 at some point just after I became a member.

I need to upload my GH:A scores at some point and my RB2 scores. Uploading 300 my 300ish RB2 scores will NOT be fun. Rockband Scorehero is rubbish though and easy to get high on due to not a lot of people having submitted scores for it. It doesn't help that Rock Band doesn't give you a note streak etc. (Or any time to write anything down/take a picture) when you're playing setlists, got so many sightread FCs in that game but as they were part of sets didn't record them. Plus the game doesn't even tell you if you GSed something or whatever at a later point so :s

There is no way to make your email visible. It was removed due to scammers making a list of people's emails and then sending them fake emails from Jagex trying to steal account information.

A minute should be plenty of time to read a thread along with the replies before thinking of what to write then writing it. Only you'd be stopped by it is if the thread was new or you were reading multiple topics at once. A minute is fine, I only remember being stopped by it a handful of times in the 4 and a half years I've been a member here. Although something perhaps like 2 posts in 2 minutes (instead of 1 in 1) or something equivalent would mean people would be able to post quickly while not changing the amount of posts a user can make in a time period and thus is as effective against spamming as the current delay is. Although I doubt it'd be possible to do.

I've been trying out my new digital camera for recording, have two epic choked runs of Cherub rock (missed the 3rd from last note I think it was, the yellow hammeron right after the fast strumming bit in the outro. Need to wait until tomorrow before I try some more as it was far too quiet as it's 3:30 in the morning so can't have volume on very loud. Hopefully I can get an FC recorded tomorrow just to test it.

My old 360 broke so i had to go buy a new one. Sitting next to the new TV I got last Monday!

I need to learn to use select some point soon, but to be honest I'm not too fussed about scores at the moment, just about FCing things so it doesn't bother me too much anyway.

Can I request that people don't quote pictures, and if you absolutely have to then put them in hide tags.

Rock is a much more relaxed game where as Guitar hero is a lot more competitive. I'm also not a huge fan of the way Rock Band displays your score etc. at the end of the song, especially if you're playing a gig with multiple songs, I want to look at my stats before going onto the next one some times, especially if I just FCed something and want a picture.

The only song on hard I can remember I had to alt strum on was KoC, all the others can be down strummed I believe. Haven't played on hard for ages though. On Expert there's only a few more songs that have alt strumming in them as a requirement really. I'd say it's not essential for hard but you need to know how to do it atleast quite well.

Needs to be a full band for those ones which is stupid.

Charms from clues is something I'm surprised they didn't do, although I think it should be 1-10 of any charm from level 1, 5-15 from level 2 and 10-25 from level 3, would make a nice amount but not too much that people just hunt clues for charms.

Another high slayer monster is needed, be it 87, 92 or 95. Only having 2 monsters for the last 15 levels is a bit silly really.

I got my first GH (GH3) about this time last year (9th January). But I started on Medium (Which I finished in the first night :P) So I guess not "everyone" started on easy. I've still not beaten easy, It's just far too boring. You could try playing it on Hyperspeed 5 and pretend it's a really easy expert song :mrgreen: I've tried that, it still feels slow and boring :P

Avatars on the old forums were checked as you had to upload them to tip.it itself. Signatures have always been like they are now.

Going to be working on both S&R FCs in the next week, had a -6 run on one of them yesterday at the very end of the solo. Can also FC Unforgiven III if I tried too.

If you read what I posted earlier, that's impossible (Or at least not easy to do)
