This could be the possible answer. People request to get their accounts "locked" to keep safe, because their computer might have viruses, keyloggers, trojans, that kind of junk. If she was banned, I don't think she would, from what you're saying. She got banned in a safe way.

I don't think P-hats don't harm the economy. People will buy them on their own free will. And, if the rares were deleted, many people would be upset after saving up so much GP just to afford it.

Why should I deserve 10mil gp? Hmm, well, here are reasons why. First of all, I have been playing on RuneScape for a very, long time. I have developed many friends, and even joined a clan. And, it is very addictive, yes I admit. Secondly, I have a real bad source of income. Yes, many of you may think "pfft, so? Make money you n33b!" I am really tired of not having any money. What I'm saying is that I really never had a source of income. I am level 87, and the most money I have had is, around 2mil gp? Now, for my level, that is kind of pathetic. Now, for the biggie. I deserve it because, I have worked VERY VERY hard for a million gp! Many people know how to make money, and I am kind of like "the ugly duckling", not following along or have money as some people would. I have friends that are getting "hot-out-of-the-oven" supreme weapons. May you look for the best essay about "Why Should You Deserve 10mil gp?" I, am really curious to see who will win. But, understand why I need this. I put too much of my life working my butt(lol) off, just to get a couple hundred thousand. Thank you for reading all these posts! RSN:Drag00n50
