They were counting with binary numbers, but I think that might be a bad idea. Not everyone knows that system.

To be nitpicky, users with English as a first language already have the whole forum with "their" language. I notice that most of the posts against the private forums are from people from US or UK, and I find it a bit strange that they have so much against a forum that they wouldn't even be able to view or participate in if created. There are other private forums that "discriminate" in the way that not everyone can join, but as long as it's not hurting anyone I can't really see the problem. Clans are allowed to create forums on Tip.It (by contacting an Admin), a little known feature. That means country based clans can make one. From that to this idea, there isn't such a huge leap in my eyes.
