Im hoping to get guthans as soon as I hit 85 attack. Now I just need 8 mil... Money is such a problem in this game... Anyone know a reletivley fast way of getting 8 mil?

I remember when this noob kept ranting on the official forums saying "make mith its real color!!!" he kept saying mith is white in real life, and everyone kept telling him it didn't exist. Now that was pretty funny.

I've noticed recently, more than usual, that the behind the scenes editions are giving out a little more information than usual. If you look back at the first behind the scenes, waaay back in April of '05, you will notice that they don't tell you 'what' the updates are. They just tell you what they will be 'about'. Here is the first article: First Behind the Scenes editon They tell you they will release a new quest, the hardest ever, add birds, new spells and something else south of the shanty pass. Not much on what the updates actually are. Now if you look at the most recent Behind the Scenes, from this December, you will see what I am talking about: Latest Behind the Scenes editon Right off the bat they tell you that the first update will be for the month. Heck, they even tell you what items the update will include! "featuring composite bows, high level prayer gear and new high quality versions of old favourites, such as glory amulets. We're also going to release heraldic helms to go with your armour and some really rather glorious looking posh and emote-improving gear. ...Third Age items! Items that will be even more difficult to obtain than a Champions Scroll..." They tell you exactly what the update is, when it will be, how hard it will be, and what the update includes. Next they tell you they will have new area guides, and what they will be for (ok, well I guess they have to tell you that one) Then they tell you we will have a new quest. They tell you what it will involve, what kind of quest it will be, and where it will take place. See what I mean? The behind the scenes seem to be getting less and less cryptic as time goes on. They did the same thing in November, October, September, and so on. And the part of this I hate the most is the fact that they tell you what order the updates will be in for the month Discuss.

buying 3 whips instead of 6 santas... then getting scammed out of 2 of them... and then not buying a green mask instead of another one. Then not making an extra 4 mil to buy a red mask over a green.

think about it: a party hat takes 460 mil to buy. Now lets take the max amount of money an average person can make per hour from skilling thats about 400k an hour (without getting 91 rc or anything) thats 1000 hours of work, just for the hat. Now if you spent all that time on an actual job, you would make about 10000 dollars in that amount of time. Now lets say you were stupid and bought your mills for $10 ea. Thats still under 5000 dollars, which is half of what you made. now lets say you are already a rich merchant, and have the best luck in the world, and never get scammed. You make 1mil an hour. thats 460 hours of work for a hat. Now even if you got paid minimum wage and made 8$ an hour. Thats still $3680. If you bought your mills for a basic price, not from any super rich rs gold seller company things, thats still 736 million gp. You could buy a white phat, and a blue, in the time it would to make gp for a blue. Now think if you made 400k an hour. You had a job that paid $15 (less than average jobs easily pay that). You also bought your mills for $2 each. thats 1150+ hours of rs work for a hat. -or- you could work for 1150 hours and make $17250. you would be able to buy 18 blue phats, and a white. so what would appeal to you more? 18 blue hats, and a white illegaly -or- 1 blue legaly

you should try for full torags. much better than full rune, and that way you wont rip anyone off. It will also be much more of a challenge

Ok I'm a RS2 product, personally I don't care if you hate me. I didn't say there haven't been good updates. Just that 2005 was a lot better. Most people on here aren't happy with PC, the clues will die out eventually. The gloves are nice, but I mean whips and barrow armor came out the year before. good point. would you rather have barrows armor, or new gloves? would you rather have ancient magic or pest control? would you rather have hunter or slayer? this year's updates were good, but last year's updates were better.

I think of it this way last year: adding great updates (more high lvl cb updates) this year: Improving the game (more mid lvl customer bringing updates) --------------------------- last year we had tons of huge combat updates for high level/rich players this year we had tons of huge skill/quest/graphical updates for everyone. And i dont think anyone mentioned teleblock. By far one of the huge updates.

That takes the cake. umm snakes do have bones... but their bones are like an extended spine thing, not like femurs and the whatlike. and also why do some snakes have bones whereas others do not? What do you mean they dont have big femurs? Have you seen how they move in rs? They act like they are 3 green bones tied together...
