Though he could do Family Crest, the demon isn't exactly hard, if I can kill him at 60 magic in less than a minute, at 69 you'd slaughter the demon. And and all Crest guantlets get replaced for free which is a bonus.

Yeah that's a massive over reaction, most quest "boss" monsters are a complete joke if you have 43 prayer, even the final ones in rfd aren't hard without prayer. Bring a few lobsters, in case you get caught off guard by an evil chicken..

It sounds like you've been killing to many black knights, thats how you get that rank. If you're a master you've killed over 1000 already, killing white knights reduces the score but its too late for you now.

the abyss is definatly the fastest, you don't need tallys, just bring light armour. Be aware though it can be quite dangerous, so always carry a 1 click tele if you are worried. It is also best to use the abyss in the mornings when there are 400-500 people on most worlds.

There is no way to avoid the traps, at 70 agility I tried the same trap over and over again, there was no differance. You just have to memorise where the traps are and go for it sadly theres no other way around it.

Woodcutting is the only skill of Blaziken's not in the high scores, I'm guessing this is for exp and he doesn't care about banks. I'd say Castle Wars too, but thats only because it's near a bank.

Then I think you have to complete that quest first before they take you to white wofl.

The 3 pirate sowrds can be gotten from Mos L'harmless, and you will need to have done Cabin Fever first. They can be bought from the docks from Smith when you talk to him.

Did it a lvl 70 wearing monks robes and protect from range while hiding behind stalagmite so it couldn't melee me. Mage is the important thing here, as 2/3s of the time it will be vunerable to magic attacks, you might want to bring a magic short to special it. It really isn't that hard, just be smart.

That's sort impossible not doing any quests till you get the stats for it. As you can't train herblore till you do a quest. It's actually also a stupid approach to it, as by doing quests when you can do them will give you exp, allow you train more efficiently etc etc.

Do pest control, and spend the points on range too, even more exp then.

I'd suggest either doing the barbarian course till 52 then either doing the Agility Arena or the Wildy course, depending on which you prefer.
