bluerose13x. Well it depends on when in rsc you are talking about. Yes early in rsc rune was expensive.. when rune larges first came out they were like 150k... which in rs2 inflation prices would be like 50 mill rs2. When 2hs first came out they were 1.2-1.5 mill... with inflation about the price of a godsword now. toward late 02 and 03 prices stabilized after musashi22 and zezima were free smithing for everyone. 2hs ended up being 50-75k larges were around 30-40k plates were 50-60k chains were 50k and legs and kites were 50-60k. and one point I had over 150 rune sets in my bank before I started selling to buy p hats. So if you are talking right before rs2... then rune was not a lot... but back in 2001 when it first was coming out rune was outrageous and there was a lot less money in the economy so a mill was an extraordinary amount of money.

ya mage was easier back then... i remember when the god spells came out i got from 1 to 80 mage on an account in 3 days... it used to be even faster till the put in the 1 sec delay... exp as fast as u can click :P

I'd definitely use fury or glory ammy... remember how often u hit is just as important as ur prayer bonus... u can have all the prayer in the world but with his relatively low melee stats it would be wise to try to get a good combination of attack/prayer bonus plus with glory ammy u got a teleport that doesnt waste an extra spot.... i usually go with head- zammy mitre cape- zammy cloak (unless u got fire or a skill trimmed) neck- glory ammy/fury ammy (i dont lag so i just use home tele cause they arent aggressive after like 20 mins chest- proselyte legs- proselyte shield - antidrag ring - ring of wealth gloves- barrows boots- drag boots wep- whip and poisoned drag dagger (use dagger's special) for inv i usually take 3 super att 3 super str. 4 antifire, 905 gp, an iron axe, drag dagger and the rest prayer pots ( 15 i think?) that way i usually run out of everything about the same time.... i drink supers when i drink antifire

not to mention at first you could only trade 64k at a time... at the time there wasnt a whole lot of items worth more than that but still when u were buying or selling rune larges at first you pretty much just had to trust the other person cause rune larges were going for 100-120k and had to be done in 2 trades

and when addy squares and kites came out people were scamming swapping iron with the addy when u werent looking cause it was just barely tinted green. ... lol and u could only trade 65k at a time

even after buddy list came out for a long time you could still use the tell feature. i used it a lot while pking so i wouldnt have to jump back between mouse and keyboard more than once. it took me forever to get used to it when they updated it so u couldnt do it anymore. lol i remember my brother back then had a get rich quick scheme lol all day he would sit there just creating new rangers and taking the 30 arrows and trading them to his main character. it took him longer than if he just mined or something lol. and back then they werent bronze arrows... they were just "arrows". everyone had like 10 mules.. i had two mules just full of gems lol.

Thats nothing to be proud off really. Nor was it original, someone had already done it with a character closely named to Bluerose, i think they ended up banned though. i remember gettin rune bars smelted with my buddy skone751 back then... there was always a new bluerose impersonator trying to stand around and scam someone they finally banned so many of em that there was no name even closely enough related to bluerose13x for anyone to be scammed. it was great back then, i used to walk in the varrock smithy across from the east bank and i would always get to trade with her right away cause i used to get a lot of rune smithed from her. plus shed get pissed if u didnt trade the right order of stuff.... natures then rune ores then coal, understandable when u have 100s of people standing around begging for u to smith something.

Yeah you were supposed to die at the castle alot lol :P It's part and parcel of everyone having enough strength to 3 hit you lol :) I found castle pking ridiculasly easy.. I expect i was lucky in the sense that when people found out i was adx1 some wanted to be my friends.. But at the same time others thought it was a good chance to get one over on me.. I made far more profit pking on Shr3k and Jupita than i did pking on adx1 lol :P Simply because i didn't have to buy runes or supers, the best thing about castle pking was there was always someone there it wasn't a case of high level pking and strolling round for ages and not finding anyone. Prayer beasts ruined the castle though.. I wish pures had never had the idea to have anything less than 40 defence.. It would have made pking far better despite the amount of fun i used to have ranging monks whilst they were fighting or better yet, just standing still :D castle pking was very profitable, at one point i had over 150 rune sets, and enough food and potions to pk for years and not have to buy more. Back in 03 i was getting 8-10 rune kills per day

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me :shame: I always saw 311Deaths in top wildy lol, then again, being that he was over 80hp he didn't just log on sight.... What was your excuse? :roll: There were still pures back then lol, they were a different class too.. Www Gsb1(?) Da Tru mack, Da Real Mack, Zar Family 2, Unbeaten and Blick was naturally at the castle too lol :P True castle pking took off alot more afterwards but as soon as the castle was put into the wilderness it became a focal point to lower level pking then as time went on people kept training and became unable to detach themselves from the castle which was why eventually we had 95 hpers pking at level 13 lol.. Ridicularse. seen ya twice in f2p, died to you both times. Cause of your team. Ill give you your catching was good , but i didnt stand a chance agaisnt more then one person maging plus some one fighting me equal stats almost . Any how , what ever floats your ego. And 311 deaths , i doubt seriously the people who pked castle with you could honestly touch those who pked before ya. Besides , how hard is it to 3 hit some one in monks robes any how? I only pked in monks robes for a couple months in like 2002 when i was like 12 defense, i was adam pure for a while and at that time i wore adam armor, when i became rune pure i wore rune armor. i always skulled, never ran on site, and always fought to no food. and all that as a lvl 70 something pker fighting players sometimes 40 lvls higher.. you on the other hand would log on sight of people who werent 40 lvls higher than you, run full food, and whine the whole way to edge bank. and i barely 3 hit anyone, at lvl 70s i had 40 prayer, and a lot of attack, not purely strength so i definitely wasnt 3 hittin a lvl 100 too often, its called catching meet, its how the GOOD pkers got their kills, pking wasnt entirely stat based... sorry if you didnt get that memo I never said you were a prayer newb. I said you pked castle during the era of prayer newbs. Not hard to hit on or 3 hit people wearing monk robes. And you have no idea of how i pked , who i pked, who killed me etc , because i never seen you high level wild, and the fact you started pking at the castle a year after i went inpure. And unit , who knows maybe your right. It was 3 plus years ago any how when we use to pk. i pked deep before u went impure used to always see u afcing at hobs. get it right

lmao... not really i was a 99 hp pure plate then i got magic, and i was always pking in members... you were a pure plate with "monk" in your name... right... maybe 2nd generation pure plate when rs2 transfer came out

None of you were that good lol... You were level 80's pking at level 13, in fact better yet, you were level 80+ pures pking at level 13. When adx was a lvl 80 impure (and i was always mega impure) i pked higher level lol, i made Jupita a castle pker and when he'd gotten to 80 combat i was going to hobs and rune mines... In fact i took Shr3k up there too lol.. N he was like 65 combat. I still remember killing Max333 with Jupita when i was about 77 combat because he kept logging on site of Adx. I know you're not speaking of me like that. And to the person above you, just ask around about RSC and my name. I wasn't just at the castle; I was all over the place.You were? was that after rs2 was released? Only way i would have met you is if you were some lvl 80 that i killed and didnt bother to remember your name. ya unit actually i pked with you and killermandie sometimes. and i did pk high lvl as well. Just never took the time to train... i was lvl 70s for years..
