..might if i interfeer into this discussion, GS appears to be handling it quite well but i'd like to some stuff Nacho- its one of the few "smart ways" to giving constructive critisisme it makes individuals stop and think about what he said rather then read or forget. not to mention his c/c was validate. as for the style part really Paw_Claw style is a more subtle thing, it has nothing to do with using suns or vivid backgrounds (as i for some reason recognise from my tutorial :roll: that kind of ruÃÆÃâÃâïned that point) not to mention styles change and moste of the time all for the better, take me as an example, i've gone from bad cartoon-isme to above average realisme and changed allot of style between those big steps. And for a style example.. take Tim Burton, his movies may look different almoste every movie is made differently they dont look a like yet somehow you go and say hey this is a tim burton movie!? its a subtle thing.

its a painting based on the original DaVinci. "Johannes" and Jesus are sitting in a roman M form (it refers to Jesus and "johannes"or should i say.. Maria as one) Judas has his hand across a neck as in.. dead. all leads to the DaVinci points as to see that is not the original. -its not old and crippled -Johannes looks like a man (whereas he did not existed and was in fact Maria Magdalena) when "he" should be looking slightly feminine. -it does not have those DaVinci factors that show DaVinci was a atheist. let me evaluate on that last point: Leonorda DaVinci filled his paintings with mockery towards the bible yet nobody found it offensive.. yet people find it offensive if you take (ok other version of it) the same painting and add speach bubles to it regarding RS and suddenly its offensive. o and btw its not funny.

dude this months theme teaches you about how the human head works and looks. if you practice with this months theme from time to time you get the hang of drawing heads. The reason for the whole examples of muscles thing is more or less so you will understand how it works and what can be done and what can't be done (in this case facial expressions, hope Ven agrees with me on this) Considering the cartoony thing, cartoony has anatonomy to and is based on it. so yes even the ones who ride the roads of the cartoon high way will benefit from this. Aperson thats pretty good stuff you got there, a style i havent seen before on this forum. my only critique would be that the fingers left (to us) should be holding the arrow and string .. right now the arrow is floating. and a little misser on the right(to us) leg in which the muscles are a off and it looks a little flat for some reason. once i get my scanner working and get this "hard-ware problem its indicating" fixed ill get some of the sketches and drawings up.

well i used your linework and improved it to fit the human body. i came up with this well on msn i said you could progress on it.. i take it back, progressing on someone elses linework gets you nowhere. its better for you to use it as reference. might i remind you, you have way more TALENT that i had when i was your age. couldnt draw worth a nickle, however i started to draw dinosaurs and dogs from reference books and gradually became better with the mighty pencil. however repeat story when i started using the mighty computer to draw its just allot harder in use then a pencil because you are reliant on more factors. so.. im going to use that "improvement" as my own for my own practice.. and turn it into a nice free practice sig for the lucky victim.

if you pay attention to the dog.. ( i assume this blue haired thing is a dog :wink: ) you will not that from his/her/gerbil cape you will see two green strings with glowing purple "P's" at the end of the string spelling PP. as for C/C same as said before.. the gates look to embbossed, you should use a sharper edge brush and brush it sharp and shiney.
