  1. Zaros all the way with much respect for Guthix. Saradomin and Zamorak aren't real Gods anyway. They ascended to godhood some time during the end of the Second Age: Zamorak through deciet and a stroke of luck and Saradomin by means unknown.
  2. I was in the Duel Arena to sell something wearing full Ahrims and holding an Ancient Staff... Random Guy: Stake me, 25k. Me: Sec, meeting someone here. (I sell whatever it is I was selling) Me: Ok, lets go. (We fight, no food, no prayer) 5 or so Ice Bursts later... RG: (As he's dieing) OMG you noob, no Ancients!! 30 seconds later he stakes me again. I Ice Burst him again so he starts ranging me (in random melee gear  ) and turns on Protect From Magic. I turn on Protect from Ranged and kill him again. RG: Omg ur such a noob. I said no prayer!! Me: Thanks for the free 50k (Teleport back to whatever I was doing.) 2 mins later via PM... RG: Lol ur too scared to fight me again RG: 100k this time Me: Sure, I could always use free money. (Teleport back to duel arena) This time he sets it to No Movement (You can't use binding spells, which means no Ice Burst for me) I hit him with Shadow Blitz (-15% Atk, 24 max hit), 4 dds specs and more Shadow Blitzes. He logs and I've never heard from him since.
  3. Not a bad guide, but I think the one already on Tip.it is better. I thought the pics of where to find Rasolo and the locked chest were good. I did notice one glaring ommission though. You never mentioned the Stranger!! It doesn't happen to everyone, but a lvl 92 Stranger can attack you with a dds if you are carrying one of the diamonds around. I wore a Ring of Dueling for all the fights and banked quickly at Castle Wars to minimize the amount of time I spent with a diamond in my invintory. The other thing I would suggest is that when you go to get the Gilded Cross from the4 bandit camp, there is no need to waste Sharks. The fact that you have (at least) 53 Thieving probably means you have a ton of cakes. Bring them instead as the chest can take a long time to open and there is no sense to using up 20k worth of sharks, or even a bunch of lobs where you don't need 1-bite food.
  4. It can be done as long as you have 43 prayer and read a guide, really. I finished it without friends or a cannon at 63 cb and only died once due to my own carelessness. No wonder everyone who did it at high levels thinks it's too easy.
  5. I'm p2p, but I wouldn't mind seeing Mystic robes become usable in f2p. Melee and Range equipment is supported up to level 40 in f2p, and lack of similar support for mages does imbalance the combat triangle. Anyone opposed for economic reasons is just flat out wrong, at least for the blue robes. Those are bought from a store in the wiz guild for 235k per full set. The store stocks 1000 of each piece so it's not like they'll ever be out of stock. However, giving Mystic to f2p means that mages have a whole lot less of an incentive to become members. Even in p2p there are very few reasonably accessable choices. We get Mystic, which has a decent mage bonus, but very little defence. Splitbark, Skeletal, and Lunar, which all have less of a mage bonus but offer some defence. Infinity, at more than 12m for a full set is more of a status symbol than practical armour. Third Age: same idea as Infinity, but much more costly. Finally, there's Ahrim's, which at about 1.8m for a set is reasonably costed for its level. Even in p2p, Mages have far less choice then Meleers or Rangers Put me down as neutral. Even though it would benefit the f2p environment, there are prefectly good reasons why it hasn't and probably won;t happen.
  6. That'd ahve to be my small collection of Shantay Disclaimers.
