Bringing in new items drains money by spreading it to new players. If you get a barrows drop, that's money to you drained from the buyer. The only way to drain money is to put in things like construction, barrows gloves, and reapiring items, such as barrows or crystal equipment. That's currently the only way money is drained from the economy. And the people continue to alch. Death and dropping need to go on that list. If items don't get picked up, they get destroyed.

You will always get someone who complaisn about the updates, take Cook-X for example, everyone liked it, apart from people who had gained 99 cooking before that update. You wouldn't get a fire cape to watch it sit in your bank and a ring of life does not protect you 100%. It protects you 10% to be exact. :P The majority of people will love this, only a very small minority will disagree with this change.
