  1. As a keen photographer, I have been looking for other photographers to exchange opinions, ideas, camera techniques, Photoshop techniques and photo subjects and even locations with outstanding photo opportunities. So here I go with my first section: Digital Vs Film The Digital Vs Film topic is a favourite of mine as the ever-changing world of photography means that the quality of images from the digital cameras almost matches that of the film cameras. Instantly after taking a photo on a digital camera you can look and decide if you like it, and therefore want to keep it, don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t like it but feel you can fix it on a Photoshop programme, or don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t like it and delete it and try again. This is great to have for the beginner photographers who have a fairly complicated camera and are trying to gain experience with the more complex areas of photography. While they can use the automatic mode on the camera this leaves little room for the photographer̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s creativity, where they can underexpose the shot when taking a photo into the direction of the sun, to create a silhouette of the objects in front of the sun but when you use an automatic mode the camera automatically exposes the shot for you and gives you an ugly looking photo. Since you can upload your photos from the camera to the computer and print off the ones you want the cost of development is lower than film and you only get the good photos, so you don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t waste money on photos you don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t want. With film cameras you must buy rolls of film and every time you fill the film you have to spend more money buying a new roll of film, but with digital, you can reuse the camera̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s memory card as many times as you like. However, if you want to take more photos before having to upload them onto your computer or a portable storage device you will need to buy a card with a larger memory. I have twenty 32Mb cards, which can hold 20 good resolution photos each. This means I have to change cards more often but I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m not entrusting all my photos to a little chip that can be damaged easily. So when I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m out taking photos I can take up to 400 photos before having to head home. Of course, there are much larger memory cards, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and even 8GB! Naturally, as the memory increases so does the price. Digital images have a major drawback. If they want to enlarge their photos they must have a high-resolution camera, with more pixels. The more pixels a camera has, the bigger an image can be before it starts to lose quality. Most cameras have a resolution of 3-6 Mega Pixels (million pixels) but there are cameras designed for professional photographers which can exceed 20MP but these are extremely expensive, for a 22MP camera you could expect to pay over ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã7000 for the body alone, you would then need to buy lenses, flashes and filters to make it useable. However, these cameras offer extra controls and a wider range of apertures. An aperture is for focusing, there are ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅF numbers̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
