:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Mwahahahah sure I can~! :twisted: Nice try :wink: I would recommend oak larders to level 74 then oak doors from 74 to 99. Buy oak planks, I wouldn't recommend planking them yourself. Then hold noted planks in your inventory and have your butler unnote them. As for runecrafting.. always carry a one-click teleport (my personal preference is an ectophial since it's easily used and recharged). Sometimes I even like to carry a sara brew. Some PKers are smart and are actually able to successfully teleblock and entangle you in a matter of seconds. In that scenario, a sara brew provides an excellent source of protection. It will usually keep you alive until the entangle wears off so you can run to the zammy wizard, teleport to the Abyss, then teleport back to Edgy to heal (or continue RCing if you're not low on hitpoints). Feel free to PM me if you have anymore questions~! Woohoo! Nice amount! :thumbsup: I'm more than happy to trade with you! I'll PM you when I see you online in-game. Haha thanks for the bump! :lol: Thanks for helping him out :) Oak doors are faster than larders by about 50k xp per hour (in my experience). So I'd recommend building those if/when you can. Yep, that's where most people make their mistake. They'll get TBed/entangled a few squares away from the Zammy Wizard. But once the teleblock wears off, instead of using the wizard to teleport, they try to run back to the bank, which is much farther away and utterly pointless since the chances of you getting entangled again are pretty darn high. Yes, I have been very busy runecrafting (with the exception of last night, but I have a good excuse!)! I'll probably spend the majority of this three-day weekend runecrafting and maybe try to work in level 92 herblore! We'll see how it goes. ----- Well I won't say much about PotC3, since I don't want to spoil it for everybody. But it was pretty much what I expected - so-so. If you liked the second one (which I didn't), then you'll probably enjoy this one as well. If not, there was just far too much going on. But like the other movies, it had its moments :

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
I don't value them at all actually >.< The way I see it, we're all different people. We all enjoy different kinds of movies and have different views on what's good and what's bad. I just don't like the concept of specific people telling me whether it was good or not. Therefore.. I'm going to the 9:00 showing tonight :P With movies like these, sequels are usually only done for money (in my opinion). The producers know that everyone who saw and loved the first will see the second, third, etc., whether it's good or not (I am a victim of this myself). I didn't like the second one very much and I think my opinion towards the third will be pretty similar. But it's one of those movies that you have to see, even if you know that it won't be great :wall:

Haha! :lol: Well.. ummm... you see... -hides in corner- Hiya! :D Thanks a lot for your opinion on the poll! Hehe thank you! That red has actually been gone for a while - since October 1st to be exact. I just haven't updated the pictures because my house hasn't really changed much >.< Best of luck with your numerous goals! And don't worry, all of Tip.it shall know~! Certainly :) Just have all the materials and I'll gladly make you a few pieces of furniture! Feel free to PM me or something whenever you need them so we can work out a time. You're welcome, I'll give them next time I see you on, probably this weekend (and also buy 100 sara brews) Woohoo! More purchases! :thumbsup: Hehe. Just give me a shout via TIF PM or even this thread when you're ready.. since my in-game PM will likely be off :anxious: ----- Well I have some good news and I have some bad news. Bad news = probably won't be on RS at all today. Good news = I'm seeing the 9:00 pm showing of Pirates of the Caribbean 3! My dad said it got horrible reviews, and I didn't even like the second one myself, but it's one of those movies that you have to see even if you know it will be bad. So I won't be on RS because I have to get my homework done now so I can leave the house around 8. But don't worry, you can expect some mad skilling from me this weekend! Woohoo~!

Exactly. I usually runecraft with excitement if it's going to help me achieve a nice goal. Otherwise it does get relatively mundane. If you want, you could try out planking for a few days and see how it goes. In the end, it usually just comes down to personal preferences and I just can't stand planking :XD: But you may feel differently. I'll keep my eye on your progress :wink: Good luck!

In my opinion.. it's just too much work to fuss over >.< ..planking logs that is. You either have to bore yourself to death doing it manually (which I consider a waste of time, because I'd rather be getting runecrafting experience then walking back and forth and getting NO experience). Or pay the butler to do it and boost the cost up so high that you might as well just buy the planks anyway! :wall: I just saw that you plan on getting 91 runecrafting. Spending a few extra weeks just buying the planks will give you a reason to runecraft. Whereas after 99 construction, you'll be less motivated to get 91. Whereas if you do it now, you're using that skill to help achieve an even bigger goal. Good luck again! :thumbsup:

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that :( I always take a sara brew with me now. It's saved my neck a few times! If it's okay, please send me a PM here on TIF when you're ready to trade :) Turning PM on scares me sometimes :anxious: I get so many PMs that it's hard to tell who's saying what and keep all my conversations straight!

Woohoo! :thumbsup: Nice to see another determined constructor 'round these parts. I s'pose I can throw a few pointers your way: - Personally, I just bought the planks for 99 and didn't bother planking them. It's really a matter of which you have a higher tolerance for - planking logs or runecrafting. What it comes down to, is that they will probably take the same amount of time. But one way (buying all the planks instead of buying logs) gets you more runecrafting experience. When I was aiming for 99 construction, I didn't have 91 runecrafting yet. So I just thought, "Hey! This is a great opportunity to get a head start on 91 runecrafting!" But if runecrafting is something you loath, then sticking to planking your own logs might be better. - Make oak larders until level 74. Once you hit 74, then start on oak doors (in the dungeon). In my personal experience, they're about 50k xp faster per hour (my maximum with oak doors was 250k xp per hour). - Make sure that you're constantly building and never just standing around. For example, when you're making larders, you should have enough planks in your inventory to make three larders. But if you make all three, then send your butler back to the bank, you'll be standing around for like 7 seconds waiting for him. Instead, build two larders, THEN send the butler to the bank and build the third while he's gone. It sounds kind of silly, but all that waiting around certainly adds up to losing a lot of xp~! If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to poke me via PM :) I'd be more than happy to answer them! Best of luck and most importantly, don't give up! :thumbsup:

Thanks for the "congrats" and for your support! :thumbsup: \ -loves questions- Yep, I crafted nature runes via the Abyssal Space to pay for construction. But keep in mind that I flatout bought oak planks for 500ea to get to 99 - making it very expensive. I'm not sure of the exact number, but I probably crafted somewhere around 400k - 500k nature runes to pay for it. But I'm not sure if you're using the same method of training construction I am. If you plank your own logs, for example, you won't have to spend nearly as much gp as I did (~120m). Feel free to PM me or ask here if you have more questions up your sleeve~! Tripsy always answers questions, thats why I lurrve her Watch: Is Dustyy a "leet" farmer? Aww thanks Dusty Dusty is the leetest farmer of all time~!~!#~!#:DFDJfi3u245r023ur!!! -goes crazy- :thumbsup: \ :anxious: Tripsy always answers questions, thats why I lurrve her Watch: Is Dustyy a "leet" farmer? I think that's why everyone loves Tripsis, because she takes time to respond to everyone's individual posts. So considerate. I hope the Herblore is going well. I'd love to donate something but I don't have any Herblore supplies. If I get something, I'll let you know. Have fun runecrafting! ' Aww :) You guys are far too kind~! The herblore is going well. Unfortunately it's on 'pause' at the moment, while I runecraft. I have to spend like 12m gp on pure essence before I do anymore herblor'ing :( And don't worry about it! I don't want you guys to feel like you're obligated to donate. Just your support is wonderful enough and helps keep me encouraged :mrgreen: Tripsy always answers questions, thats why I lurrve her Watch: Is Dustyy a "leet" farmer? and she's an awesome skiller, and she loves construction and she has incredible patience as well as the ability to make skilling look thrilling. What's not to like? Oh, by the way tripsis, I've got a few empty vials for you if you'd like. Stop it guys, you're making me blush! :oops: Thanks for the generous compliments! (maybe even too generous!) And thanks so much Solidus :) That's very thoughtful of you! Haha, okie! And yeah, After Effects is usually a program used to make animated movies and things like that. Just for simple banners and avatars, Photoshop is usually the way to go (in my opinion). Btw, thanks -blush- And yeah, no problem! I can just trade you glories for the stones/bars. I'll PM you when I see you online so we can meet up!

Wow(not the game) that's huge! I myself made around 3k nats today and i thought that was a lot. Do you play all day? or are you a person that need to get only 4 hours sleep a night (like my dad) Have fun! ~zellaz Well remember, I do make double nats :oops: So I really only runecrafted for 2-3 hours. I usually do go nuts on the weekend and play pretty much all day, but I still like my beauty sleep :-w haha. No problem!! :thumbsup: \

Weee~! Thanks for stopping by Lunar!! I've missed having you around as a fellow modie. Thanks for your support and opinion on the poll! :thumbsup: \ Haha, finally decided it was time :wink: 1. I use the Abyssal Space to runecraft. 2. Personally, I don't "believe" in using runners. Runecrafting nature runes before 91 is very profitable in itself. I wouldn't spend money to get 91 runecrafting.. not when you can make ~100m+ getting there. 3. I'm not even entirely sure that I like herblore. I like the idea of it but the actual process is brutal :shock: (it's hard on the wrists, hehe. So much clicking back and forth). I'm usually very in-depth with my answers, especially when they're about "how do you train ____?" :oops: I'm just very opinionated, hehe. And no problem! I'm more than happy to answer any and all questions you throw at me (just throw them lightly please! haha)! Best of luck with your goals~! That's one large goal to complete. You mean the "hide" feature? Well above every text box where you post a reply, you should see various BBCode options. On the far right, there should be a "Hide" button. Click that and it should insert the code for you. Or you can just use this: [hide=INSERT CLICKABLE TEXT TITLE HERE] Here is where you put the information (pictures, text, etc.) that you want to be "hidden." [/hide] If you were to copy and paste that code directly, it would look like so: [hide=INSERT CLICKABLE TEXT TITLE HERE] Here is where you put the information (pictures, text, etc.) that you want to be "hidden." [/hide] Aww, thanks :) And yeah, go ahead, haha! I don't mind : I use Photoshop CS2 for all my images (both animated and non-animated). ----- Made about 9k nats today. Think I'm done for the night!

my pk fights! See a lv 69 own higher lvs(recent best a 97)
BlogScape is for long-term goals and progress reports. By the looks of it, this is just a small collection of fights you've had - something that I think would be more suitable in the Graveyard.

poll: favorite skill
1. "Poll-type" threads (like "what is your favourite...") are considered spam. 2. Help & Advice is for asking questions. 3. Money-making related questions belong in the Money-Making, Monster, Item, NPC Help subforum.

skills
Right now you have five threads on the front page of the Help & Advice forum. I think it would be better (for both you and us) if instead of making a new thread for every question, you compiled all your questions into one thread. Either way, this would belong in the Money-Making, Monster, Item, NPC Help subforum.
