i think of a rather difficult quest like mix of RFD/legends/MM/DT with a nice reward (exp exp exp) and new add ons to skills

3) Teleport to Ardougne, and head south to the docks. Pay him 30 gp, and go south-east a little to the cart. Hell ask you to pay depending on how much money you have. Just bring less than 200 gp (The money you have on you. His maximum payment is very little). Everytime i go to him, even with cannon in invent, he asks 10 gp.. not more not less... fix it ;) Suquas(0)? never heard of them it should be Sugah or in multi Sugah's =)
