I think by "High-level quest" they mean that it is meant forthe high levels because lower levels will have trouble with the monsters, they didn't mean it as a hard quest, but rather to one that the whiny high-levels can only do

If they like xp over rewards let them be. If there are too many high level inmature people, let them be. so are hundreds of not-that-high-level people, but I bet you don't care about them do you?

Even new players? To us, bronze items are nothing. To them, it's all they have. They lose it, they're in big trouble. And better safe than sorry... Anything to make scammers/rule breakers have a harder time, I support. That's why the Danger advice pops up when you approuch the wilderness... Besides, would someone actually lure someone with low level and bronze? I'm not in favor of luring, and I think it's lame but you just need some common sense to avoid it

Runecrafting for sure, Slayer just involves too much luck. It might be more entertaining to train, but it doesn't guarantee the money
