All of the vids should hybriding, which magic is used as a core. Since you do not need a weapon to use magic well, and you do not need armour to use range/melee well, it is simply perfect for that purpose. I know it's possible to go 1-99 without combat, but why is this topic a reason to make a noncombat mage pure? :l a noncombat mage pure whos hp will level each time he casts barrage lol

mate :S and @ the above post - the problem is that the quests for turmoil gives defence exp anyway, so the char will be above 30 def anyway better to start doing the quests for a zerker if your going to get 95 prayer easiest option is to make a barrows pker with piety [70 def acc]

no piety requires at least 70 defence prossy pures without turmoil are crap its 65 and yeah, if you haven't done the right quests, your gunna suck in p2p its 70 bro, chivalry is 65 65 DEF is req'd for the quest, none for either of the prayers, you were thinking prayer :P its not, try clicking piety with a char that cant use it and you'll see the game message 70 def to use the prayer :P
