I think rune defender or obby shield and whip will be best for training coz of its speed,but for bonus,of coz,if u only count bonus,dharok gr8 axe is best

obby cape is better than legend cape by 2 to all defence fury is better than glory by 2 prayer,2 str,12 by defence,attack bonus r same
